TWO STORY 3 BEDRROM COTTAGE with first floor open layout all wood and new. Kitchen, living, and dining all in one large area. Over 1000 sq ft on 1st floor with access directly on to deck overlooking the lake. Dining room looking right at lake with large windows. First floor also has bath, bedroom, and laundry area. Living room also has a propane stove for heat and decor. Brand new kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, completely newly furnished. Second floor has two bedrooms facing water and full bath (brand new). Satellite TV, wireless high speed internet also.
Total living area ~1800sq ft. $1250-1475.00 per week.

The cottage is located in the northwest corner of Sebago Lake in a cove on the big lake.Cove is quiet, excellent for water sports and much calmer than big part of lake. Views from both levels of entire lake! Cottage is 60 feet from water. Direct access to sandy swim area. Thirty-foot dock and mooring available. Cement boardwalk/ patio at waters edge for sitting in the sun or shady area.

  • Great family summer rental. Well appointed and very kid friendly. We biked, swam, fished and boated and then relaxed at night on the huge screened in porch. A "Must Rent" for a truly enjoyable family vacation.

  • This is a great camp that is well equipped. It has many modern conveniences and still provides a wonderfully rustic feel. It is extremly kid friendly and safe as well. Great for swimming, boating, fishing and porching. It exceeded our expectations.

  • we have rented this cottage for 2 years now and cannot wait to come back! It is in a quiet cove with fantastic lake views. The cottage has all of the features of a modern cottage with the charm of that "cottage feel" inside.
