Why the Owner Chose Kiahuna Plantation
I've been coming to Kiahuna since I was very young and decided to purchase a beach house here when I was 22. It's been over 10 years of ownership, and I couldn't be happier with the location, the management and the steady rental business this wonderful island and resort enjoy!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location of the Kiahuna Plantation is ideal. Being located on the southern tip of Kauai, the weather seems to be the best here compared to anywhere else on the island- I frequently say as I come out of the Tree Tunnel: "yep -it's always sunny in Poipu!" Also, having the finest stretch of Poipu Beach located in front of the only condominium property on Poipu Beach is a unique and fantastic feature.
