This beautiful condominium, my fourth, is a true oceanfront premium property in exclusive ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA.
This unit offers spectacular ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master suite. See the sunrise from the beautiful master suite or from the spacious balcony with outdoor seating. I have just added Plantation Blinds to every window and the glass sliding doors.
All of the furniture and decor are all upscaled, not what you would normally see in a rental property, or even most hotels. It is elegantly decorated and all of the furnishings, decor and art work I carefully selected as this vacation property stands out as one of the finest vacation properties in the area.
Located on the seventh floor of the most desired Seawinds building built in 1995 with elevator access. The building is key/code entry only, which makes it private. What draws so many vacationers to Ormond-By-The-Sea is the fact that it has a semi-private NO-DRIVE beach, which makes it, clean and quiet but most importantly safer, especially if you have children.
Spacious oceanfront living room features: large lighted entertainment center. There is a 32" flat screen TV with DVD and VCR with cable/remote. New living room furniture. Access to balcony. Custom plantation blinds and beautifully decorated.
The romantic oceanfront master suite features: 25 inch TV/DVD with cable and remote. The king-size bed with luxury pillow-top mattress. Fine linens. Digital clock/radio. Cordless phone. Walk-in closet. Master bath has new granite countertops. Custom cabinetry. Separate shower. Large oval bath. Hair dryer.
The upscale kitchen with oceanviews features: fully equipped remodeled kitchen. All new cabinetry. New upscale appliances. Pull out rolling shelves. Granite countertops. Bar seating with oceanviews. All small appliances. Service for eight.
Guest bedroom features: queen-size Broyhill bedroom set. Custom plantation blinds. Tv with DVD, cable and remote. Direct access to second bath. Clock radio.
Underground private, gated parking. I have an assigned parking space and a remote is included with your rental.There is additional ample parking in front of the seawinds building.
Two cordless phones provided with unlimited local service, for long distance you must use a cell phone or calling card.Also provided are playing cards and board games for rainy day entertainment. There is a very clean and private oceanfront pool. You can see the ocean as you relax poolside.
A private walkway that takes you right onto the semi-private beach, just steps away. The pool area is key access only which eliminates non-guest usage and offers privacy that you would expect in an upscale property. The code is provided to all our guests for pool access. The convenient "after-swim shower" is accessible to all my guests after a day on the beach. There is a Wheel Chair access ramp at the pool as well.
The balcony has outstanding views of the ocean, beach and pool. The private balcony is beautifully tiled ,complete with outdoor seating.I also offer all fine linens, pillows, towels, full supply of beach towels, one beach blanket and beach chairs. There is a full-size washer and dryer and a ironing board and iron. Smoke detectors and fire alarms are always tested.
If this property is not available for your desired dates, I do have 2 other beautiful vacation properties to offer. Two Condos are Oceanfront and 1 is Oceanview.I own and offer an end unit (sixth floor) in the Seawinds which is located on the southeast side of the building. This property is also custom decorated and a beautiful property.

We would definately recommend this condo to anyone travelling in the Daytona Beach area. This condo was very well stocked and very clean and quiet. The view was absolutely amazing!!! Dolfins playing in the water right in front of our deck as we enjoyed our morning coffee.It was also very close to golf and shopping. We have rented several other properties with VRBO in various states and this was absolutely with out a doubt our favorite. Barb was very informative and professional. We are definately planning futrure trips to this area of Florida.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Great place to stay very clean with a beautiful view that sits right on the ocean. Would recommend this to friends and family.Wonderful area to stay the beach was very restfull.The owner is very pleasant to work with and very helpfull. Would stay again in this beautifull condo the pictures do not do it justice have to be there to appreciate it.

This is our second time renting from Barbara, and it won't be our last. She is very professional, and quick to respond to any correspondence. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, and updated. I put a high priority on clean, and would not stay again if it wasn't a clean condo. I plan on returning next year.

Barbara, My family and I so enjoyed our weeks stay at #704. My son, daughter in law and two grandsons were very impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of your condo. Very impressive. It was a very quiet vacation. Just what we wanted. The sunsets were breathtaking. We saw dolphins several times. My grandsons had never seen one. They are ages 3 and 6. Hope to visit again real soon. I will definitely check with you for availability of a condo.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at #704 Seawinds the last 2 wks of 04/07. It was our 2nd trip to Seawinds. We had previously stayed at #601 and, based on that visit, I did not hesitate to book this condo. You will find this unit to be exactly as represented and then some. Everything you could possibly need is in the condo. You will feel more like a guest in someone's home than a renter in a vacation beach property. The condo is upscale, very nicely appointed with every ammenity you could possibly need. It is quiet, clean and the king size bed in the master suite is a joy to sleep in. There is a Publix, a Dollar Store, a Bell's Outlet and a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. The only reservation you need to have regarding this condo is the one for your vacation. I have enjoyed doing business with Barbara. Based on my experiences, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

We had previously stayed in Barbara's VanLee condo and decided to try her Seawinds #704 condo. My wife and I stayed in #704 in January 2007. We were very happy with the unit. It is well appointed and very clean. The views are fantastic. It is also very convenient to Publix grocery and other stores. We have already booked this unit for January 2008. You can't go wrong renting from Barbara. She makes sure the unit is in great shape and everything will go well.

My wife and I have stayed in several oceanfront condos over the years in several different states. None beat the lovely and well equipped #704. Beauty, Comfort and convenience. The owners have gone all out to make this a wonderful vaction retreat and in our opinion have accomplished that. As the old saying goes "Try it, You'll like".
