  Thanks Erin for sharing your condo with us the week of July 28, 2012!! First of all we planned our trip at the last minute. After I emailed to see if this unit was open it wasn't 5 minutes before Erin responded. I had not gotten that from any of the other VRBO rental. I was very impressed from the beginning!!! She gave us a great deal and worked so well with me!!! Answered any of our questions and even left some places that were good to eat!! The condo unit is BEAUTIFUL! The pictures on her listing is just what you have in the unit! Everything was well maintained, up-to-date and clean!! She included a week of beach chairs with the unit which was great and also left extra beach toys on the balcony. The view is amazing from the 21st floor and the balcony had so much room for everyone to hang out on. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in over the years and we have stayed in alot. The property was nice clean and well gated. With two pools and hot tubs everyone had plenty of room. I loved the fact that you had to have a code to get in and out of the gate.In the parking deck and also going onto the beach. We had a family of 4 and with my oldest daughter bringing a friend made 5. The unit was so large and comfy and still had room for more. I cant wait to go back next summer and I WILL rent from Erin! I highly recommend the unit and property to someone looking for a great week in PCB!!!! Thanks again Erin for a great week!!!

  Our family of 7 was able to spend a wonderful week at Panama City Beach and this condo "made" the trip for us. The unit was in great condition. I personally enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking my coffee and catching up on some reading. The weather was great and we took full advantage of the furnished beach set up. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.Erin was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the rental process. No complaints and reallly looking forward to next year

  The condo description and photos were very accurate. The kitchen had all the things we needed. It is beautifully decorated. It is in a good location.The kids loved the go cart track and arcade across the street. The beach was great. The sand is white and the water clear. We sat on the balcony and watched the manta rays playing in the surf. We also seen a sea turtle from the balcony. The water is so clear the kids enjoyed finding shells, crabs, and sand dollars. The pools and hot tubs were nice and very clean. Arriving at the condo was easy..... no check in. You have codes for the parking garage and the condo. The assigned parking spot allows easy access to the elevators. Everyone we met was friendly. I spoke to Erin on the phone a couple of times and she was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this condo if you would like a wonderful vacation. I will be returning.

  My boyfriend and I rented the condo for a long weekend. It was breath-taking from the moment we entered, and got better as we went through the condo. It was very clean, everything was there that we needed. I cant wait to go back. I recommend Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville a place to eat, with a evening walking thru Pier Park. There are many things to do as a couple, a family,etc.

  We had a wonderful vacation. This condo is so well maintained. There are restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Our booking process was smooth. Everyone at the Gulfcrest was so friendly. Can't wait to return!!!

  We just returned from a great week at Gulfcrest. The condo is clean and bright, and the huge balcony's view is spectacular (we ate, napped and played there). The adults appreciated the easy access to parking, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and local conveniences, everyone loved the fantastic pools and white sand beach. We had a terrific week!   Arriving at Gulf Crest was seamless. Getting into the room was easy. Parking and unloading was very convenient to the room. The condo itself was better than the pictures and was spotlessly clean. For the price I felt I had hit the jack pot. We were pleasantly surprised with the extra bunk area, and our kids loved them. We didn't have any communication problems through out the process of booking and had a great time. We will go back to this Condo as soon as possible.

  This was such a memorable vacation. The description was very accurate and helpful. The condo was very relaxing, comforting and there was plenty of room. Everything was nicely kept and equipped; we loved how floats and sand toys were provided! The condo was located right on the beach with a beautiful gulf front view. We were able to watch dolphins and sting rays in the ocean in the morning from our balcony. It was right across the street from amusement place with go-carts, putt-putt, bumper boats, and kiddie rides. My 3 yr. old daughter loved watching the "Sling Shot" going up in the air. It was very convenient that a Wendy's, Mellow Mushroom and a Mexican restaurant were right across the street. We were weary about it being close to Club LaVila and Spinnakers, but it didn't not affect us at all. Where Gulf Crest is located it is peaceful, quiet and not congested with traffic. It was also close to a Wal-Mart, St. Andrew's Park and other amusement places. We also appreciate that the owner's provide you with beach chairs and umbrellas daily. I would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone! My only draw back to this area is that a lot of teenagers "flock" to Panama City Beach during holidays. There were teenagers on the roads "cruising" at nights with alcohol in their hands and girls "flashing" everywhere- mainly on Front Beach Road; not as much on the road Gulf Crest is on. To our surprise we may have seen 1 cop out the whole week we were down there and it was during the mid day! So as long as you don't stay out late,like 10 pm, on Front Beach Road you'll be okay. Overall, if you want crystal clear water, snowy white sand, relaxation, peace, and quiet I would highly recommend this condo for anyone!
