Photo 1 - North Wildwood, New Jersey Rental Families Welcome! Brand New in 2004, four bedroom, three and a half bath Condo. Two blocks to beach and boardwalk. Located on 17th street you are close enough to the action, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet North Wildwood has to offer. This could be your summer home away from home. The Condo offers two decks for your relaxation. One located on the first floor and the other on the third. New comfortable furniture, berber carpet throughout, tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. This house is equiped with central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs on each of the three floors. There is a large TV and DVD in livingroom. The kitchen outfitted with every cooking amenity you can think of. All bedrooms are fully furnished. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided; please bring your own linens and towels. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, crib, large closet, and private bath with tub/shower. The second floor also has a bedroom perfect for kids. It contains a bunk bed as well as a twin day bed. This room also has its own bathroom with shower and plenty of toys to keep the young ones occupied. On the third floor are the third and fourth bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a trundle bed (twin below/twin on top. The fourth bedroom has a full bed. Each bedroom on the third floor has a sliding glass door which leads out to an adjoining deck. The one car garage can fit a small car and also has room to store your bikes and beach chairs. Provided is an air mattress, stroller and a few beach chairs for your use. There is a drive with is shared by all of the units. Please note this is to be used for loading and onloading only. So bring the family and enjoy a week at one of the finest locations on the Jersey Shore. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Rentals available year round. No pets, and no smoking, please. Also, please note entrance to condo unit is on the side of the builbing. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time Saturday, 2:00 p.m. Check-out time, Saturday, 10:00 a.m. One week minimum stay from May through September. Half of the rent is due when booking our home. The balance and a refundable, security deposit of $300.00 are due four weeks before the start of your vacation. Personal checks are accepted. Please note that you enter the condo through the side of the building.
