Don't miss our very nice affordable personal family condos. Located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Just a short distance away from public beach access. These very nice, large two-bedroom, two-bath personal family units, overlook the condominium pool and East Beach Boulevard. The condominiums have a partial gulf view with front and back balconies. This is a family friendly, easy access nine unit condominium.
The condos have been newly decorated. They have 27-inch DVD/VCR/TV combinations in the living rooms and a TV in each bedroom. Cable TV, High Speed Internet. The condominiums have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, berber carpeting, and ceramic tile. They are very nicely furnished, clean, and well maintained. We ask our guests to leave the condos, at check-out, in the same neat and clean manner as it was at check in. Our condominium home-away-from-home is 1000 square feet of very clean comfortable living space...........................................and we are sure that you'll want to come back and stay with us again.

Condo was nice inside, however, pretty far across the street from the beach and was kind of a hassle to get to. We had an overall good stay, until we returned home and received a call from the owners that they were keeping part of our deposit. We spent an hour cleaning before we left and did leave to condo in good condition. They stated their maid said it was in horrible condition and had to charge money. This was completely untrue. I would note recommend staying here unless you would like to loose money in the end.
Owner response:The last thing I, as an owner, want to do is keep part of a guest's deposit. Lindsay, who stayed in our condo, did not comply with the rules she was given and that she agreed to when she chose to rent our condo. Lindsay was to leave the condo in the same clean neat and orderly condition that she found it upon her arrival. Lindsay did not clean it up to the standard as set in the information she received. It takes more than an hour to clean a two bath two bedroom condo. The cleaner/inspector indicated the bathroom was horrible. The cleaner had nothing to gain by telling us the condo was in an unacceptable condition. Lindsay also said the beach was far and a hassel. We can be walking on the beach two minutes after leaving the condo. She was aware of the cleaning policy......Her entire deposit was sent back to her in spite of her failing her responsibility as a renter. In our six year rental history we have only withheld three partial deposits due to cleaning or damage. We find our renters like the savings they receive when renting from us and they like the clean, comfortable, and conveniently located condo. And we also like having renters who enjoy our clean..'home away from home'!

I wanted a clean, affordable condo for a quick weekend away and this was it!!! Very clean and stocked with plenty of towels, linens and kitchen utensils. Easy access to beach and surrounding restaurants. Definitely recommend. Owners very accessable and helpful.
