YOU HAVE TO SEE IT....Don't miss our very nice affordable personal condo. Located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Just yards away from public beach access. This very nice,large two-bedroom, two-bath unit, overlooks the condominium pool and East Beach Boulevard. The condominium has a partial gulf view with front and back balconies. This is a friendly, easy access nine unit condo.

The condominium has been newly renovated. It has a 27-inch DVD/VCR/TV combination in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. Cable TV, High Speed Internet. The condominium has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, Berber carpeting, and ceramic tile. It is very nicely furnished, clean, and well maintained. We ask and would expect our guests to leave the condo, at check-out, in the same neat and clean manner as it was when they arrived. Our condominium home-away-from-home is 1000 square feet of very clean comfortable living space....and we are sure that you'll want to come back and stay with us again.

  • this is a very nice and roomy condo that we really enjoyed. LOVED the pool, had it to ourselves most of the time. the air was not working very well during our stay, the showers were poor and the couch was very uncomfortable but it was a beautiful condo that was roomy, clean, very well stocked and the description did not let you know how kid friendly it was, it had a playpen, booster seat and sippy cups, we did not use all it offered but it was a great place to have kids with you, we did enjoy our stay so much, thanks again.

    Not sure why the guests thought there was a problem with the showers, but we have water saver shower heads on them and guests may not be familar with using them. ....The sofa is being replaced this month. Unfortunately, renters sometimes do not care for things like an owner would and replacement is sometimes necessary. We were not made aware of the air conditioner issue. We have the air conditioner serviced regularly. The temperature inside the unit can be directly related to the weather outside which was in the 90's. It is also influened by the number of times the door is opened, closed, or left standing open. We will check on this concern as the renters comfort is of the utmost importance.

  • We can't say enough nice things about our stay at Ocean Echo. It was the first vacation we have come home from and truly felt rested. The condo was beautiful, it was so close to the beach my husband didn't mind going back to get the things I forgot :) We had the pool to ourselves the whole week. We used the car twice, otherwise we walked to dinner and yes, ice cream everyday. Perfect location, it was quiet and clean. We were not ready to leave. We can't wait to go back!

  • This condo was one of the best that we have stayed in. We were very pleased when we arrived and saw the inside of the condo. The two bedrooms had a lot of room and the tv in both bedrooms were great. It is right across the street from the beach. There were plenty of towels and linens. The owners have maintained this condo very well. Owners are also great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and we will probably stay there again.

  • My vacation to Gulf Shores was wonderfull. I would like to say thank you to the owners for taking care of their rental property. It was every thing I had hoped for. The beach was just a short walk, restaurants and entertainment were all within walking distance as well. The covered parking was a plus. Most of all I cant tell you the space this 2 bed 2 bath has in it. I looked around with a realator while down there and so many of these condos say 2 bed 2 bath but once you get in them they are just so small! I will stay here again when im looking for relaxation.   • The condo was very clean and nice. You really felt like you were spoiling yourself and yet the price was very reasonable. It sure was nice to come back with freshly washed clothes. The free long distance was very convenient too so you could give everyone at home an update. Not to mention the extra bathroom. We even stayed an extra day. I would definately recomend this condo to anyone wanted an affordable time away at the beach.

  • We just returned from a vacation in Gulf Shores. The pictures on this website don't justify how nice the unit we stayed in really is! The condo was very colorful and "beachy". It really made us feel like we were on vacation. The beach across the street was closer than we expected. The condo also had very big closets. Brad was very nice and helpful in assisting with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Gulf Shores!

    The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is in the heart of Gulf Shores with the Gulf just a short walk across the street. It is very roomy and the owners are truly dedicated to providing their guests with a quality vacation spot at a reasonable rate. The owners manage their own property and take pride in guest comfort and satisfaction. When you stay here, you'll want to come back.
