Beautifully decorated, Villamare, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located on the beach in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Right next door to the Marriott Resort and across the street from golf, tennis, bike and canoe rental, general store, and restaurants. This really is the best location in all of Hilton Head.
The Villamare complex has a large oceanfront pool and hot tub, health club with indoor pool, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
The unit is located on the second floor of Building Three which is closest to the beach. It has a side ocean view. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a large sunken bath tub and sliding doors leading out to the main balcony. The second bedroom has two double-size beds and bath. Sliding doors also lead out to a second balcony. The sofa in the living room folds out to a sleeper. The unit is decorated in beach tones with berber carpet. It has an open airy feel to it. Wireless High Speed Internet is available in the unit.
The condominium is in walking distance to just about everything.

PERFECT CONDO AND PERFECT LOCATION!

We just spent a week in Hilton Head at this condo and it was wonderful! We were a group of 2 families with children. The condo was clean, neat and the lay out was great! The owner was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Also, the location was perfect. We were right next to the Marriott (where we got married a few years ago) and right on the beach. The elevators were very quick, luggage carts were available and there was plenty of parking. Plus, there are bike racks in the parking area to lock up your bikes. The pool was great and the kids' pool even better if you have young children! There was free internet and telephone access from the condo and all the appliances you might need! We can't wait to stay here again!

We had two families with kiddos between 4 and 9. The condo was perfect for us! The beach was just a few minutes walk, the pool always had chairs open, and the complex is centrally located to everything in Hilton Head. The condo itself had everything we needed, including movies & UNO. The kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms are quite roomy, and the balconies are great! We are looking forward to returning next summer! Mark was also super helpful and always prompt in answering any questions we had. We would (and have) recommend this property to anyone looking for an easy going, fun HHI vacation.

This condo was amazing. 2 couples with babies stayed here (ages, 16 months and 8 months). The rooms are private and quiet which was nice traveling with small children. We never heard a sound from each others babies when there were fussy times during the night. Both bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to add a crib into each. It was nice that each couple had their own private balcony to enjoy morning coffee etc. on Excellent location on the beach. The pool was large and we never had an issue finding lounge chairs. The kiddie pool was perfect for the babies to splash around in. With all the stuff we brought with us, we were thankful for the elevators as some places do not have this luxury. The owner was very quick to answer any questions prior to our arrival and gave excellent resources in regards to the baby equipment we needed to rent during our stay. Family members of ours stayed here 3 years ago and suggested we look into it for our vacation. Everything they described to us was the same positive experience, 3 years later. We have stayed in a couple other locations in Hilton Head and have always been happy. Now that we have been here, we will always consider this location as our first choice. It's so close to Shelter Cove, the Outlet Mall, Sea Pines as well as the local grocery store, Piggly Wiggly which came in handy for last minute groceries. We enjoyed a great meal on the charcoal bbq's that are located on the grounds. We had an amazing time and will look forward to returning for our next vacation

I have just returned from my second stay at this lovely Villamare unit. Everything was perfect. The unit is so comfy and cozy and very well equipped in addition to being open and airy. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and answered all of my inquiries in a very timely fashion. I love staying at Villamare. The beachside amenities are second to none and there is no better location on Hilton Head than Palmetto Dunes. A wonderful vacation!

We loved everything about this place - it was immaculate, inviting, close to the beach and only a short walk to the bike rentals. In addition to the great local restaurants we even cooked out on the grills one night and had dinner by the beach. We have stayed at different condos on vacations - but this was by far the nicest! Our only problem was we didn't want to leave. Next year we are staying for two weeks. It was so gorgeous and we had a perfect vacation!

This place was awesome. Clean, comfortable, easy access to pool and ocean. Parking garage on ground level was so convenient. We stayedt he latter part of Sept. 2010 for a week and did not have enough time to see the whole island. The building was quiet, elevators very handy. You will not dissappointed if you rent this unit.

I almost hate writing this review because I would prefer to keep this property all to myself. It was very clean, a perfect location, yes the parking spaces were small but shaded and managable. The grounds were very well kept and the unit was spotless and well decorated. The elevators all worked and were a godsend. The pool was only 4.5ft which suprised me at first but then comforted me when my children went in and I did not have to worry about the water being over their head. The beach was awesome....had a great time.
