Cute and cozy "A" frame home on a canal in Sea Isle subdivision built in 2000.

Enjoy the convenience of having your own private boat slip out back. Subdivision has its own private boat launch, private beach, private fishing pier, and pool. Extremely friendly quaint neighborhood also has its own marina and excellent restaurant.

Inside is a very modern two story home newly furnished and decorated in a nautical theme in November of 2004. Large windows open to the magnificent view of the Gulf and provide a sun drenched open area for enjoying your time in Galveston.

First level has a modern kitchen with all major appliances, dishes, and utensils supplied. Living room with Cable TV, DVD player, and high speed internet connection. Large bathroom with all linens provided. First bedroom with queen size bed for your comfort.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin size beds and the second has two full size beds.

Off the back of the property are two large decks. The upper deck is great for sunning and watching the waves roll in, the lower deck is great for outdoor dinners or just sitting and reading while listening to the surf.

This smoke-free property will comfortably accommodate ten individuals as the living area has a futon to accommodate two individuals for sleeping. Outdoor pets are permitted and the yard is completely fenced so your pet can enjoy some time to roam on their own.
