Banyan Tree offers a security elevator and an assigned covered parking space. There are no steps to climb. It is close to many lovely beaches, near shopping, dining , tennis, golf and activities.
You may enjoy many lovely beaches along Alii Drive where you can swim, snorkel or surf in the warm and clear Pacific Ocean. There are shops, Farmer’s Market, Theaters, great Restaurants, Golf and Tennis and may activities near by.

Why the Owner Chose Banyan Tree
Because I already live on the Big Island, on an organic farm and wildlife sanctuary in captain Cook.Life up here on 1200 feet elevation is so different as down by the ocean.
I love both areas and I enjoy taking time out from the farm life and spend a day or two down at the Banyan Tree where I can watch the ocean, listen to the waves crushing against the shoreline and enjoy the warm sunshine and the pool.

This property is located just 20 feet from the shore line. It is centrally located near the lovely town of Kilua-Kona and also Keauhou Resorts where you can enjoy great golf courses, tennis, shopping, dining, Movie Theater and more.
Alii Drive is a scenic drive with great walk ways for jogging or walking . It winds along the ocean.

I also take care to the lovely Banyan Tree condo and I am proud of this Ocean Jewel.
The entries in the guest book tell me about the pleasures the guests experience by staying in the lovely unit right by the ocean. The building has been totally renovated as well. It is very peaceful and intimate.
