You’ll fall in love with the spacious and dramatic great room on the main floor and its massive stone fireplace. It’s a wonderful place for your group to gather, enjoy a fire, take in the views, play games, watch a movie, eat, or just simply relax. Two sliding glass doors lead from the great room to the wraparound deck, hot tub and stunning views. This alone ensures a truly memorable vacation experience!
The brand new recreation room with wet bar and gaming area offers a spacious comfortable secondary retreat for larger groups.
Conveniently located on a private 1/2 lot in the forested Peak 7 neighborhood of Breckenridge, you’ll be within minutes of world-class skiing, snowboarding, nordic and snowshoe trails, snowmobiling, skating, tubing, and other winter activities in Summit County. Summertime in Colorado is also gorgeous, and Breckenridge is always busy with festivals and other events. This home has ready access to the best summer activities, including great hiking, mountain and road biking, off-roading, rafting, fishing, and golfing. (Of course, you may never want to leave the great room and hot tub on the deck!) Nearby trailheads offer access to endless of acres of National Forest and trails for hiking, biking and Nordic pursuits.
The chalet is also only minutes from beautiful, historic downtown Breckenridge, with its over 200 shops, galleries, boutiques, restaurants and recreation center! Winter, Spring, Fall or Summer, Breckenridge is a vibrant mountain town with numerous events going on.

We have been busy at the Chalet in the last couple of years, completely renovating and expanding the accomodations. If you have stayed with us in the past, you'll appreciate the same gorgeous setting and views, but you will be amazed -- as we are -- at the transformation of our mountain home. We stayed here with family. Kitchen and bath upgrades are nice. Views are beautiful. Owner was prompt in responding to questions prior to rental. Quiet and peaceful yet not too far from town and stores.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, pet owners.

Just got back from 2 night stay with 7 family members age range from 8 to 90!. We all loved the chalet and enjoyed some great bonding time with my son who left us all behind in KY to move to Colorado! Chalet was all it was advertised to be and more-minutes away from great town of Breckinridge for shopping, eating and horseback riding. We plan on staying there again when we get a chance to come back to Colorado and spending more great family time.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We had an amazing time here! The kitchen and great room were gorgeous and we loved the beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Views from the hot tub were spectacular and the setting was perfect for apres ski relaxing. The rooms were spacious and we loved the cozy upstairs loft. This is a great place for two or three families and we will definitely come back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Nice home with beautiful views. Spacious living room and bedrooms. The house is a bit dated and not the cleanest one I've ever seen, but it is comfortable. My only complaint is that we were seven people and there were not enough sheets to make the extra beds. We called the owner and were told the caretaker would bring the sheets that day, but she showed up the morning we were leaving. This house is very spacious and has all the needed amenities and great views. The owner is super responsive when we blew a fuse and even had someone come shovel the snow when we couldn't find the shovel to shovel the snow. The beds are super comfy and the upstairs bedroom is great for with a king bed. The house is slightly dated but it was plenty big for our group of 9. Great fire place with lots of wood and nice hot tub on the deck.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Since we are skiers, we enjoy the proximity to the world-class Breckenridge ski mountain with four mountains and incredible high alpine bowls. We also enjoy local trailheads near the home that offer instant access to seemingless endless expanses of pristine mountain forest -- great for snowshoeing/cross-country skiing in winter or hiking/mountain biking in summer.
The Town of Breckenridge is also one of the coolest mountain towns anywhere, with its historic buildings, vibrant downtown, and dozens of shops, restaurants. The Peak 7 neighborhood is a great location within Breckenridge -- offering easy and quick access to the ski area, downtown, and nordic/hiking htrails combined with a serene mountain experience in a quiet community.
