non-refundable if unit cannot be re-rented.
$100.00 cleaning fee. If extended stay cleaning fee slightly higher.
$200.00 fully refundable damage and key deposit.
Hawaii State rental tax 11.50%.
25% of rents due with in 7 days of making reservations.
