Our two bedroom, resort Condo is located on an Island (Isla del Sol) between the southern tip of St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach. This island is surrounded by the waters of the Boca Ciega Bay and the Intra Coastal waterway. Our condominium directly overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and the pool. The grounds of Isla del Sol are very well kept and are beautifully manicured with flowers, tropical foliage and towering Palm trees.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two night stands, dresser and easy chair. There is a TV, phone, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, full bath and direct entry to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, two night stands, dresser and its own full bathroom. This split bedroom plan allows for privacy.
There is a queen-size sleeper-sofa in the mirrored living room to accommodate up to six guests comfortably as well as a 27 inch TV with DVD/VCR player and cable.
The kitchen is fully-equipped: including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, disposal, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has an eating area and there is even a separate dining room. For your convenience our condominium has an in-unit washer and dryer. The unit comes complete with all the linens, dishes, small appliances and cookware you'll need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
You can sit on your balcony and have your breakfast, lunch or dinner while watching dolphins, pelicans and sunsets.
The condominium is located on the second floor with parking on the same level. There is stair and elevator access to the pool area.
The heated pool and Jacuzzi are situated beside the water's edge. There is a private nature boardwalk as well as a pier for fishing or just for relaxing. The newly refurbished St. Pete Beach is less than one mile.
This condominium is our second home. We believe that you too will come to enjoy all that we have to offer. There truly are fewer greater pleasures that enjoying the hot tub in the evening as the sun sets.

Had a really great time! Lots to do and I even went paddle boarding for the first time in my life in Gulf Port. The unit was clean and very well kept. Everything I needed was there and the best part was wathching dolphins swim by every day from the balcony. I hope to be able to return again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

stayed here from 12/6/08-1/6/09 and what a great place and awesome location. its a great residental area and off the touristy areas. felt like home. Even the wacked out neighbor who kept picking on her poor old dog was entertaining!! she needs a hobby.....

You have a lovely condo. This is a great area with lots to do. We enjoyed eating breakfast on Pass-A-Grille beach and watching dolphins from the balcony. We are looking forward to coming back next yr.
