You've found it. The perfect beach house!
This house has all the space and amenities you'll ever need. With five bedrooms including two rooms each with a bunkbed, there is plenty of room for your family and guests. In addition to two full bathrooms, there is an outdoor shower. Large, furnished, front deck plus screened-in porch complete with picnic table. Just off the porch is a shed with a new washer and dryer and storage space for the bikes we will provide.
The stunning, double, A-frame roof design lets in all the sunshine... filling the living room, dining room, and kitchen with plenty of light. Two new ceiling fans and air conditioners keep the house cool at night.
The ocean, bay, tennis courts, basketball court, ball field, and market are just a few minutes away. Across the street, you'll find a bay beach, pool, and playground for the kids. The restaurants, shops, and theater are only ten minutes away by bike.
