This second floor (unbelievable views) condo has recently been remodeled with new carpet, paint, kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, appliances, bath vanities, decorative art and furniture accents. A high speed broadband modem is available in the living room so you can stay in touch with your laptop.
From the large lofted bedroom, with 2 queen beds and sitting area, you overlook the 17th green with an amazing view of the surf on the North Shore of Oahu.
The Master Suite has a Select Comfort King bed, its own private bathroom, a TV, as well as air conditioning. As you continue down the carpeted hallway past the guest bathroom, you find yourself in the bright and cheerful living/dining area. The lanai, with its own dining area, opens to the brilliant greenery of the back nine of the Fazio Championship Golf Course. The full kitchen, equipped with all new appliances, opens to the living area allowing all guests to enjoy conversation, music, TV, and the view. There are four ceiling fans (master, living room, loft, and lanai) which keeps a cooling breeze flowing at all times.
Located on Kuilima's eastside, you will also get a scenic look at six of the 36 holes of the Palmer and Fazio Golf Courses with mauka (mountain) backdrop. A 30 second walk will take you to one of the two shared pools, barbecue venues, as well as, the two tennis courts. A quarter-mile stroll, past the tropical flora, will bring you to the Turtle Bay Resort, where one can enjoy both casual and fine dining, shopping, cocktails by the pool and ocean at sunset, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, or sunning on two separate beaches.
This resort-like complex offers its own pools, tennis courts, barbecues, walking paths, gated parking, and a security patrol. You will also enjoy the opportunities provided by two 18 hole championship golf courses, horseback riding stables, miles of hiking trails, and clean beaches along with nightly professional live entertainment. Whether it is a mocha for breakfast from our friend Virginia or a delicious culinary meal at Lei Lei's, you are only a short WALK away.
If you possibly needed more, a short drive would take you to the Polynesian Culture Center in Laie (15 minutes), Waimea Falls nature hike (15 minutes), or to Historic Haleiwa Town (site of Bay Watch) as you pass by the world-famous surf spots at Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waimea Bay.
