This 1,850 square foot, brick, Texas Lake House is located on the wide, deep length of the popular Llano River arm of Lake LBJ. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake. Our lake house is on open water. We are waiting for your arrival. Whether you are getting away from winter's ice and snow or participating in our spring, summer, or fall activities, you will enjoy staying in this waterfront home. This is a wonderful place to enjoy time with family and friends.

Sitting on the covered porch lakeside, the early mornings are glorious. The view of the water is awesome. The yards are well manicured. Our small subdivision is quiet. As the morning goes by, you will find tranquility during the winter and entertainment during the summer. The summer mornings start out with water as smooth as glass, with an occasional fishing boat. As the vacationers begin to wake up, the skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, jet-skiing, and sightseeing boats appear.
You can launch your boat in our subdivision. Use our private dock for fishing, swimming, or securing your boat or jet ski. You can rent a boat from a local business. By boat you have access to 20 miles of waterways. We are in a very convenient location. The supermarket, banks, post office, churches, restaurants, convenience stores, Chamber of Commerce, and other businesses in Kingsland are five minutes away. Traffic is minimal.
The fall climate is pure enjoyment and the winter climate is also mild. The winter temperature is usually in the 50-70 degree range. Our "freeze spells" never last long. We rarely have snow and it melts quickly. The lake never freezes over. There are many activities for Winter Texans and you will enjoy meeting other Winter Texans. Prices are reasonable in our area and the people are friendly.

- Kid Friendly : Our Texas Lake House is 90 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World in San Antonio,& Schlitterbahn in San Marcos, but I doubt you will be able to entice them away from the lake long enough to go elsewhere.

A great place to chill out and relax! Fun for everyone, including fishing, kayaking, reading, sitting around chatting, and don't forget the knitting! Thank you for providing a great setting for our relaxing vacation. .....some Australians, a New Zealander, a Canadian, and our token Texan!

A perfect place for relaxation and convenience to all sorts of interesting places. A very comfy and well equipped lake house. We enjoyed the lakeside porch morning, noon, and night. We watched the most glorious sunset on Sunday, up at the bend of the Llano River, sitting still in the water on the boat. Wonderful memories were made here!

They say hotel sales people are some of the most difficult guests to satisfy (this is true), especially when you work for a 4 star resort in Houston- you expect a level of friendliness, cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. You have surpassed our expectations! We fell in love with the breath taking view. I uploaded my pics to Face Book and many of my colleagues (hotels) are asking us about your place. We are securing our spot, before we tell them. (LOL). Thanks for your flexibility for allowing us another night stay. Our children, my husband, and I had the time of our lives.Your house is clean and very comfortable, not to mention the sunset view. Thanks again- we will never consider the other places again, from now on it is this Lake LBJ Lake House! PS: Our daughter and husband caught 4 catfish off your pier!
