Complete renovation! A huge, two bedroom villa with an open floor plan... All on ground level. Beautifully designed, 1500 square foot vacation villa. Incredibly large Great Room, complete with vaulted, beamed ceilings in the living area, along with a direct lagoon view. Complete renovation including fresh paint and a new roof.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a huge closet, a large dresser with mirror and an armoire for the TV/DVD combo plus plenty of storage. The Master Bedroom also has direct access to our 30' deck, and private bath access.
Guest bedroom has two queen beds, nightstand, another large closet, a tall chest and a TV/DVD combo...Private bath access too.
The bedroom areas can be closed off from the living area..Great for extra privacy and for families traveling with small children.
Living area has two large, matching sofas - one a luxury queen sleeper! Also available is a queen-size inflatable aero-bed. Dining table and chairs seat eight. We also have a beautiful, cypress breakfast bar with three bar stools. Pendant lighting just added, too.
Three sliding glass doors (two from the living area, one from the Master Bedroom) exit onto your private 30 foot deck. The huge deck has a new table and umbrella with four chairs, a main seating area with two large chairs and an outdoor loveseat, and an additional seating area just outside the master bedroom door. Plus we just added a brand new WEBER gas grill for your convenience. Quality in everything...only the best.
Another door in the living area opens to a private yard overlooking the lagoon. Sit back and enjoy the peaceful lagoon and wildlife as you experience the tropical lifestyle!
Two luxurious bathrooms, full upgraded kitchen. Porcelain tile throughout foyer, kitchen, living, dining, and bath areas. Bedrooms carpeted with a textured Berber. All new floors, furniture, fixtures, air conditioner, appliances, doors, and designer ceiling fans. New Washer/Dryer November. Even the dishes are new. New TV/DVD in Living area and in each Bedroom. Barb and Steve Once again thanks so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful villa. All photos are exactly what the villa has to offer. As others have noted the little extras really make your villa so comfortable. The Cd selection was our favorite to listen to as we prepared dinner, the guitar is a nice touch especially since our son plays and he would play at night for us on the beautiful deck, and the games left for use were fun as well. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. Another year of great memories on HHI!

This is first time we have been to Hilton Head as we usually go to the Gulf area....now this is the last time we will go anywhere else.We had a wonderful time staying at your beautiful condo! We loved the decor....comfortable,classy,fun,immaculate and equipped with every essential you could possibly need. We loved listening to your music selections (left our CD's in the car) as we enjoyed having breakfast or dinner on the large, comfortable deck.Great recommendations for the Fresh Market and restaurants in the area.Your location is perfect....we could bike or walk to just about anywhere....which we did - daily.The pool was close, clean and very refreshing after playing a round of golf.The beaches are terrific for biking or walking and we had the perfect weather for it all.From the "pre trip" info you shared with us, to the last day of our stay, we were totally pleased with everything! and would like to thank you for your hospitality.We had a fabulous vacation and hope to be back next spring.

We stayed in this wonderful condo from January 15, 2011 to March 1, 2011. There is so many positive things to say about this condo. I guess the number one best thing was that glorious deck. In the winter, the sun comes up and warms the deck beautifully. Even when it was in the 40's and 50's, we were able to sit out and enjoy the warmth of the sun. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The lake view was beautiful. The condo is so spacious and Barbara and Steve took great pains to decorate it beautifully. I love the palm tree in the corner and plan to buy one for my family room. This condo kitchen is so well stocked. That is a very important feature for us snowbirds. It certainly was nice to have the pillow top mattress in the master bedroom. We slept peacefully and soundly. We want to thank Barbara and Steve for opening up their beautiful condo to us. Unfortunately, it is already rented for next winter and I'm sure nothing will ever measure up to this wonderful home away from home.

We had a beautiful day biking up to Harbour Town (amazed you can ride halfway there on the beach)..... Hilton Head is more than I ever imagined...I don't want to leave! There is so much to love about it. And I'm so glad we were able to stay at your place..I can't imagine that I'd like staying anywhere else on the island after being here!! The location is great, your deck is so peaceful and the whole place is well stocked with everything one could need.....Thanks for opening your beautiful second home for strangers to enjoy. We had a wonderful time in your villa. It was very nice, large and comfortable. Our kids and grandchildren loved the lagoon and all of the turtles and ducks. The deck was wonderful....loved sitting out there in the early morning! What a great place! Thanks again....

What a wonderful "home away from home" We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thak you for opening your home for others to experience. There was nothing we needed-very wel supplied with every imaginable appliance and dish. The weather was beautiful; and watching the ducks and an occasional Herron in the lagoon as as well as the turtles brought us entertainment. Our kids spent hours chasing the Geecos and had much fun with the "catch and release game" We hope to come again next year.

Thank you so much for sharing your "beautiful" vacation home with us. You have done an amazing decorating job- both inside and out! All of your furnishings, lighting and accent decor made us feel right at home....where others have the basics, you have put in all the extra touches. We also enjoyed the deck and all of its comfortable seating. Friends of ours were staying at another villa and stopped by to visxit us and could not get over how nice and homey the place felt. we also had the best waether- so our week was perfect. We hope to get back again next spring!
