Gracious Naushop home in meticulous condition. Enter into the foyer, to the right is an attractive French country style living room with floor to ceiling built in shelves that frame a cozy pillow filled window seat perfect for reading or dreaming.
Two architectural columns separate the entrance into the dining room. This room has an antique farm table, side board and armoire complete with three large French doors overlooking the outdoor brick patio and yard with beautiful hydrangeas.
The second floor has three large bedrooms, a master suite with ensuite bath and two bedrooms with a shared bath. There is also a loft with two twins and some cozy furniture for relaxing.
No Smoking or Pets
Renters have use of tennis racquets, fishing equipment, and beach chairs, toys, and beach umbrellas. The village provides for all renters, two heated pools, children's playground, two modern tennis courts, and a club house. Village amenities are two blocks from the home.
It is a five minute drive to Surfside beach (many call this the best beach on the island) and a five minute drive to Nantucket's dining and shopping.
The backyard is beautifully landscaped and equipped for relaxing or entertaining.
