Hello Tina We just got back from PVR last night and wanted to drop a line to thank you. I can’t believe that your place is actually better than advertised on VRBO. We really enjoyed our stay and our private beach. There is definately room for two families and still have privacy. Lucky me I didn’t have to cook much as the restaurants were all so reasonable and the mexican food is excellent. Best of all, you really don't need to rent a car. Taxis are really inexpensive and safe and lot's to do even in walking distance. Thanks again, talk to you soon about next year. Barb

We had a great time, and the town was very peaceful. Your house was as fabulous as I remembered from a few years ago, clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the complimentary wi-fi, since I couldn't escape the office 100%. Your local assistant was very nice, and helpful. The people of Bucerias are friendly and we enjoyed the Sunday market, where we bought quite a bit of fresh food from the locals.

Thanks Tina for allowing us to stay in your home for the second time!! It is starting to feel like a home away from home. We love it there so much we booked again for the 3rd time already!! Felipe was great to us and Teresa was excellent again, hope to see them again next year!! Everything was perfect!! We didn't do too much but enjoyed the wonderful pool and the beach, and love the massage ladies right out on the beach!! Perfect location, perfect vacation!!

Tina, Thanks so much for the rental of your awesome home! We had an absolutely fantastic holiday! The area is perfect! Felipe was a gem. The flowers were so beautiful that we used them as our "Christmas Tree" so Santa could put the presents under them. Life is Good at Casa Tina

Just returned from Bucerias where we celebrated my wife's birthday with two other couples. The accommodations with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, laundry and a complete kitchen were perfect. Walk out the door past the beautiful pool; there is the beach. Many restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance but in a very quiet and peaceful area. A real gem!

Dear Tina, We had a wonderful time at Casa Tina, the house was perfect for my husband and I along with our daughter and her 2 boys (ages 6 and 4) Everything was clean very well kept and decorated beautifully. Our grandchildren had such a great time in the pool and ocean and we all felt very safe and secure. Thank you Tina for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.I am an early riser and sat on the gorgeous 2nd storey balcony with my coffee and watched the sun come up. Around 8 a.m. the whales and dolphins would start a magnificent show out in the bay.The casa was spacious and comfortable,in the most perfect spot. 4 steps from the patio and you were in the pool, 10 more steps and you were at the ocean. This was a dream vacation and the property manager Felipe was excellent. What a nice young man. We made friends with the people in casa Nina and Doug in casa Madrona what wonderful company for 3 weeks.Jimmy the vendor that sits on the beach in front of the property was so amusing and came to use our binoculars every morning to see the view(ladies)on the beach. What a hoot!!The last week we were there a total of 13 friends and family in 3 different homes came together for the best vacation we have ever had.Thankyou and hasta la vista! casa Tina.

Dear Tina - WOW!! What a wonderful time we had at "Casa Tina" !! Your home is beautiful, so close to the beach and pool, absolutly great! Indira is wonderful as well.. although we didn't need much of anything, she stopped by daily to see if all was well.. it was, how could it not be? The maid only came in once.. on Tuesday, so we didn't need her back in on Thursday. We kept your home clean and tidy, even stripped the beds the day we left and put linens on the washing machine. There was a nearly full bottle of Kahula in the cupboard, we availed ourselves to it with our coffee in the mornings. A new bottle was purchased as a replacement for the next guests. I am not sure what our plans will be next year, but if the decision is made to return to Mexico, we will be booking with you!!! Thanks for everything!! We just came back from staying at Tina's condo, it was the best trip we have had. Everything was AWESOME and would go back, hopefully soon. We had another couple stay with us and they also loved it. We are talking about it to all our friends and recommending they try it. In the previous 7 years our trips were all inclusive 5+ star resorts. I rented Tina's villa with my two sisters and 3 of our girlfriends and we had the most amazing time! The house was very clean, gorgeous views, tons of space, THREE bathrooms which was great and the pool was amazing. It's true-these pictures do no justice to the real thing. It was literally right on the clean, sandy beach. Close grocery stores and other fun shopping. AMAZING restaurants which we walked to and approached right from the beach. The property manager was also great-the service was better than any hotel I've stayed in. We are already trying to plan our next trip down there and we haven't even been home a week! After our stories, our husbands can't wait to see it! Thank you Tina for one of the best times of all of our lives-your place is like none other!! WOW!!

It was awesome... the Pictures here on the website, make it look really small... but it's huge... 2 stories and plenty of space. The Beach is sandy all the way down into the ocean, no worries with cutting your feet up on coral. So boogie boarding is great. Everything you need is in walking distance. The native residence are really friendly, and will say anything for your money (exspecially juan). Be ready to haggle for what you buy (which is really half the fun) and relax. You can choose your own time, Puerto Varata time, Bucerias time, or just mexican time. (if you go this comment will make a lot more since). I really enjoyed it.
