Beautifully landscaped secluded home on two private acres with pool and spa steps off the lanai. Citrus trees on premises supply fresh morning grapefruit, lemons and oranges. Great room, kitchen and dining room with high, wood beam ceilings afford openness for entertaining; front patio provides solitude; back yard presents heated pool surrounded by palm trees as well as native cactus; small bunnies nibble the grass.
Large master bedroom suite with king bed has sitting area, jetted tub and private patio off bathroom. Two other sizable bedrooms with queen bed and double bed and a den located on opposite side of house offer privacy as well as two more bathrooms. A separate but attached "guest suite" with private entrance, bath, trundle bed (two twins or king configuration) and sitting room with TV offers additional seclusion and privacy.

Why the Owner Chose Oro Valley
Sharon went to school at the Univ of Arizona (many years ago) and we both love the area. Paul's mother lives close by in Tucson, recently celebrated her 100th birthday and is eagerly awaiting her 101 in 2010! We have many wonderful friends and family here and enjoy so much the desert at all times of the year.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When we walked into this house, we both felt a calm, relaxing presence. This is why we bought and continue to enjoy the qualities of this property. We have had many family gatherings here over the years, and hope to have many more. The house accommodates crowds as well as just the two of us so comfortably.

We retired in 2007 to the Gulf Coast of Florida on a small barrier island. We enjoy bicycling around our island and walking the beach shell-searching.
