Maple Ridge Island is situated on the south end of spectacular Lake Cobbosseecontee, in Monmouth, and connected to the mainland by a short bridge. This area of the lake features exceptional wildlife viewing, with loons and bald eagles being common sights. Cobbosseecontee is a 5543-acre, nine-mile-long lake that is known for outstanding bass fishing.
The cottage is on a private, one-acre lot with 100 feet of water frontage and a floating dock for your boating and swimming pleasure. The public boat launch is a short distance away, a kayak and row boat are available for use. The cottage features a screened-in front porch only steps from the waters edge, a great place to watch the gorgeous Maine sunsets! The kitchen/dining/living area is in a large, open, main room. One bedroom contains a full-sized bed while the second bedroom has bunk beds. There is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the main room.
