We have recently remodeled by adding wood floors in the living room and entry area, put new tile in the kitchen and all bathroom/comode areas, as well as new carpet throughout the upper level. It still maintains its southwestern flavor with faux painting and plantation shutters throughout, and, of course, it is still fully equipped to provide a real "home" atmosphere. New pictures will be coming soon.
You'll want to live here!! Each of the two beautifully appointed bedrooms has a view of the McDowell Mountains. The second bedroom has its own private balcony with seating for two where you can sip on your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while viewing the desert stars or the mountain vistas through your own telescope.

The downstairs has a FULLY equipped kitchen which walks out to a patio. The patio has a table and seating for four as well as a chiminea and grill. Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast and view the interior complex walkway. The living room has a mantled fireplace, vaulted ceiling with fan, cable TV, DVD player, and stereo sound system. The adjacent dining room has seating for six. The lower level also includes a powder room and coat closet.
The unit is professionally decorated and fully furnished, and is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood near the Sweetwater Ranch area. Additional amenities include a two-car garage, access to the Arroyo Verde Estates pool and heated spa. This is a NON-SMOKING, ADULTS ONLY property. Pets are NOT allowed.
