We have recently remodeled by adding wood floors in the living room and entry area, put new tile in the kitchen as well as granite counter tops and stainless steel sink. All bathroom/comode areas have new tile, and new carpet throughout the upper level. It still maintains its southwestern flavor with faux painting and plantation shutters throughout, and, of course, it is still fully equipped to provide a real "home" atmosphere.
