Kawama is convenient to many fine and unique Keys restaurants, entertainment, shopping, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, fishing, sailing, boating, casino cruises, bike rentals, Harley rentals, and golf (25 miles). You are located just a few minutes from Pennekamp State Park and Marine Sanctuary where water sport rentals including canoeing and kayaking are available. plus Florida tax 11.5%
$200 rental/damage deposit due at signing of rental agreement.
Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cleaning fee $100.
Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 30 days
of scheduled occupancy. Utility(electric/water) usage max $120/month.
