The Arkansas Resort Condominium is a privately owned, professionally decorated town home in Hot Springs Village. Enjoy a three bedroom, two bath town home with a fully stocked kitchen, including a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The town home has four TV's, a large deck with BBQ and a full-size washer and dryer. The two level town home has queen-size beds in each bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy 65 channel deluxe cable with Disney, ESPN, CNN and Fox News. All of your local calls are free. The master bedroom is on the main level, has a master bath and opens up onto a deck with lots of privacy. There is DSL internet provided with a modem in the living room (NOT WIFI).

The town home is located near the main gate of Hot Springs Village and is very close to everything you need to have a great vacation;
-DeSoto Golf Course and Lake DeSoto are less than a mile away.
-Restaurant, ATM, convenience store, gas station are nearby and walking distance.
-DeSoto pool area and indoor/outdoor games area with tennis and basketball courts are close by.
-Scenic walking trails are nearby and walking distance.

The Coronado Center, tennis center and indoor natatorium are less than a 10 minute drive. Lake Coronado, Lake Cortez and Lake Balboa are great fishing lakes and are a 10 to 15 minute drive.

There are seven (Diamante, Cortez, Magellen, Balboa, Ponce DeLeon, Isabella and Granada) other championship golf courses within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

RATES: $115 per night. Stay a week and the 7th night is free. December through February the town home monthly rental is $950 per month.
