Why the Owner Chose Jaco
After visiting Jaco Costa Rica during an holiday in Costa Rica, I found Jaco to be the perfect place for me. I always dreamed of living in a warm and tropical place. Close to the capital San Jose, Jaco is easy to get to and from the airport. There are two national parks close by, Manuel Antonio is just a 45 minutes drive and park Carara just 20 minutes from Jaco. The river Tarcoles has the most and the largest crocodiles gathering in Central america. My daughter and her family have been vacationing in this town for 19 years.I hope you will enjoy everything Costa Rica has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The beach is a short 10 minutes walk from the house.We enjoy our morning walks on the beach.
An other walk we love to take is up the mountain, if we go early enough we always see the white face monkeys and the beautiful Morfo butterfly.
The marina is just 10 minutes driving from Jaco , there are several super market that offers all the products needed to prepare any gourmet meals.
Every morning we take our coffee in the garden among the tropical plants, it is so peacefull and relaxing.

I grew up in France until the age of 15 then moved with my family to Toronto Canada where I lived for 25 years. Now that I live in Costa Rica my favorite thing to do is collecting Art from Costarican artits and art from Central america as well and taking care of my beautiful tropical garden
