View from deck of lagoon and fountain - South Forest Beach Villa Rental A 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath two story townhouse in the Springwood Villa Complex (South Forest Beach area) of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. With incredible views of a lagoon and pool from several rooms, it is also a convenient walk to the beach. The unit has a full bath in each bedroom suite and a 1/2 bath off the common area. A small deck overlooks a lagoon and pool as well. You are walking distance (2-3 min.) to a large grocery store, restaurants, shops, putt putt golf. There is a complimentary gym membership across the street (bikes, treadmill, elliptical, nautilus, aerobics, free weights, racket ball, indoor pool, jacuzzi), daily access to world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and a large on site outdoor pool that is accessible only from the units (no crashers!). At home there is cable TV, wireless DSL, stereo, full kitchen, laundry, beach chairs. Free ferry ride to historic Daufuskie Island included ($40 per person value). We are totally equipped for young children with beach toys, crib, bikes, etc.
