Enjoy this beautiful, private setting in downtown
Davis. This spacious home is ideal for family vacations
or work-related trips. Enjoy a book by the gas fireplace
or a cup of coffee on the patio in the lush backyard,
while listening to the parakeets in their outside
cage.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a
tile shower, the second bedroom has its own computer
and door to the back yard. The living room has two
seating areas, a cozy area in front of the gas fire
place and a seperate area for the TV.

For sleeping arrangments, the first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a double and the third bedroom has a double and a twin. There is also a queen air mattress available.

Enjoy breakfast at one of the delicious restaurants
close by or at the dinning room table which looks out
upon the gardens. This landscaped property is walking
distance to the University of Davis, restaurants,
two movie theatres, shopping, the natural food store,
coffee houses, the farmers market, and the train station.

This house is ideal for day trips to the Seirras, Sacramento, or San Fransisco. It can also be used for longer term rentals. Longer stays will get a discounted price.
