This home, combined with the Winter Springs Ranch Guesthouse - VRBO listing # 185631 and Rogue Overlook House - VRBO listing #189653, gives our guests an opportunity to have family re-unions, weddings and gatherings utilizing the whole ranch. At the same time guests enjoy the privacy of their separate vacation homes.
Extensively renovated in 2007, the Rogue Overlook House features fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious linens, wood and tile floors, ultimate master bath with an oversized soaking tub for two, dual-head showers, steam room, bidet and tasteful tile accents. This home in an lavish garden setting features two decks complete with huge state-of-the-art HotSpring spa, outdoor furniture and gas barbecue grill.
The Rogue Overlook House can comfortably sleep up to ten adults. Its master bedroom features a king bed, the small bedroom hosts a double sofa-bed, the main bedroom hosts a queen bed and a queen Murphy bed, and the living room has a comfortable queen sofa-bed.
Hot tub, wood burning Vermont Castings free standing fireplace, luxurious furnishings and fresh flowers in every room invite you to relax, rest and relax. At the end of the day, soak in the private hot tub on the oversized deck and enjoy the spectacular Rogue River and mountain views!

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to our intimate size, cancellations and reservations changes effect us significantly. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less the $100.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $100.00 processing fee. Deposits made by credit card will be charged 3% of amount paid + the $100.00.
Deposits
To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require a payment for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. Ask us about our cash discount. The security deposit is refundable within 48 hours after departure, provided there is no damage to the premises.
