Cleaning Fee: $85.00 + Pet Fee: $50.00 per pet, per visit.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to our intimate size, cancellations and reservations changes effect us significantly. All cancellations are subject to a $250.00 processing fee. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less the $250.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $250.00 processing fee. Deposits made by credit card will be charged 2.9% of amount paid + the $250.00.
Deposits
To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require a payment for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. The security deposit is refundable within one week after departure, provided there is no damage to the premises.
To secure a reservation for one week or more, we require a payment of 1/2 of the total stay plus the $300.00 security deposit.
The balance is due no later than one week prior to your arrival date.

This place is absolutley amazing. The owner is very nice, and helpful. The house is very private. Has a TON of room to run. The dog and 2 year old loved just bieng outside and running all over the place. The hot tub is big with a great view of the mountains. We loved just hanging out on the deck enjoying the view and quiet. We also saw a lot of deer and elk on the property. It is close enough to the river and ocean we could spend the morning at the beach and afternoon swimming in the river. The private beach access is to a great beach. I also liked the safety of the fence with the dog and child running around. We can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
