We visited Eleuthera this past January and we loved our stay at Seascape. Seascape just had a new roof and it really looks spectacular! The house is at the perfect location with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. In addition to the views, we also enjoyed the brand new kayak, which was located right on Rainbow Bay Beach and the eclectic music collection. What I liked to do most was enjoy a barbeque on the deck while listening to Miles Davis. This vacation was just what we needed!!

This place is amazing! The view is unbelievable... just as beautiful as the pictures depict. The stone steps down to the water at the back of the house take a little effort to get down but WORTH IT... swimming in our own private lagoon was so cool! The water is gorgeous. We also did some snorkeling out behind the house. Took the glass bottom kayak out one day from Rainbow Bay Beach which is literally right next to the house. Watched a movie from the video library every night! Enjoyed driving up and down Queens Highway and exploring all the little towns along the way. We also took one day to boat taxi over to Harbor Island which was so fun! The master bedroom air conditioner was out on the first day, Sophia got it fixed by the next day and refunded our money for that first night... she is so helpful and wants your stay to be fabulous. I've heard the guest bedroom has since been renovated and looks incredible and I believe it now has an A/C as well... so there's one in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. Plenty of cool air for those days when it gets hot. You will not be disappointed in this house. I will stay there in an instant if I ever get to return to Eleuthera!! By the way our favorite restaurant was a little family owned place named "Front Porch Delights" not far from the house.... go Left on Queens Highway and it will be down the road a ways on the left. Delicious food, lovely owners, small and quaint, back deck seating overlooking a marina. Thanks Sophia for a wonderful trip and for sharing your house with us. It is a treasure.

I have visited Seascape on two occasions. My first visit was with my girlfriends from graduate school. We had not been together in years and decided to gather in Eleuthera for a special trip. We spent much of our time relaxing on the deck at Seascape. What a great trip!! I rented Seascape again two years later with my family. My kids fell in love with the house, the island and the people! We spent a lot of time at the beach, which is just steps from the house and a lot of time exploring the exotic landscaping. The landscaping was well planned and is just beautiful! I visited the VRBO page because we are again trying to plan a visit and I just had to write a review. We travel all over the world and Seascape is one of our favorite places. Looking forward to our next visit!

I spent a week at your wonderful house in Rainbow Bay. It was my first visit to the Bahamas, and I loved every minute I was there. The weather was perfect, and there was plenty to do, although mostly what I wanted to do was lie on the beach and swim. Your books, video and magazines offered such a wide range of variety. I fell in love with the charm of your home and the stunning views. It is easy to see why this was the first home built in Rainbow Bay! My tan may fade away, but the wonderful memories won't. P.S. The guest room is stunning!!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Seascape. After weeks of wedding stress, and the excitement of the big day, we couldn't wait to get away and be all by ourselves. This property is exactly as described. The interior is bright and welcoming. The views are breathtaking and the water is just a few steps from the door. We took out the glass bottom kayak and also did some snorkeling. There was so much to see! The rooms are very comfortable and at night we enjoyed watching movies from the extensive DVD collection at the house. The grocery store was easy to find along with the library where we could access the internet. The owner was helpful in answering our questions prior to arrival and called to make sure we had arrived safely and had settled in. Our trip was the perfect way to relax and enjoy some time to ourselves. We loved hanging out at Rainbow Beach. We also took a day trip to the southern tip of the island. If you are able to rent a four-wheel-drive vehicle, it is worth the time to venture to this end of the island. Pack a lunch and enjoy dining on the calm bay side, then climb over the hill to see the majesty of the ocean. Also make a stop at the ocean hole along the way. The day we visited, we saw a large sea tortoise! My husband and I plan to come back to Seascape on a family vacation very soon and have recommended the property to our friends and relatives. We have fond memories to tide us over until we return!

What a great vacation! Our family created so many great memories at Seascape. We loved so many things about this vacation. The house was very bright and clean. The location is the best in Rainbow Bay. My two oldest children are in college so this will be one of our last big family vacations and we are glad that we went to Seascape!

I visited Eleuthera, Bahamas with my family and fell in love with Seascape and the island! The photos on the ad did not capture just how beautiful the house and décor really are. The newly renovated bathroom had a custom tile mural that was fabulous! We plan to visit again next year!
