Enjoy gorgeous bay views and a marvelous sunset from the deck, with beach access from this unique bayside home. Complete comfort, lots of amenities, and countless of nearby activities.
A boater? You can use the community marina to launch your boat and cruise the bay or the ocean. Tie up in the back yard, at the bulkhead. Boat rentals are also available nearby.
Want some beach time? A short walk to the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and surf fishing.
Prefer to drive on the beach? Drive less than a quarter mile to the Delaware Seashore State Park where four-wheel drive vehicles can be driven right onto the beach (permit required) used for surf fishing, swimming and sunbathing.
Fishing party? Daily departures at the Delaware Seashore State Park Marina for bay and ocean fishing cruises, including deep-sea fishing.
Tennis anyone? Free access to community hard courts, or take a short drive to the Har-tru courts at Bethany Beach Tennis.
Kids want a break from the beach? Activities galore: boardwalks at Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, and famous Ocean City, Maryland; water slides and amusement parks nearby; even archery and horseback riding.
Shopping? The outlet stores are outstanding, there is no sales tax in Delaware, and the outlets are close enough for easy access but far enough for peace and quiet. After all, Bethany Beach is the quiet resort.
The house layout:
1st Floor: Main entrance with entry foyer and stairs to second floor, which is the main living floor. Three bedrooms; one with twin beds and one with queen bed share hall full bath, one suite bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom and outside deck. Mud room and garage entrance. Parking area for three cars in front of house. Outside shower at rear.
2nd floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen and great room. Half bath. Master suite - king bed with full bath and sitting area. Deck off great room overlooking bay. Fireplace in living room.

This house was excellent! Perfectly situated with a short walk across the highway to the beach. Pier for launching kayaks within walking distance and you can launch from the back yard when the tide is up. Every household good you could need. Had some trouble with WiFi, but it was resolved quickly. Only complaint would be that the towels in the linen service were terrible-thin and you only get one bath, one hand and one face towel for the entire week-and the sheets were pretty cheesy. Bring your own linens and save your money!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.
