Master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath, second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds and two twin-size trundles with adjoining bathroom access. The living room sofa sleeper folds out into a queen-size bed. Access your private covered balcony through sliding glass doors either through the master bedroom or living room complete with patio furniture and gas grill which overlooks the pool and lake area. Great all year-round vacation attractions! We are located at the 13 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the lake. Enjoy the summer fun in our two full-size swimming pools or in the peaceful, tranquil water ideal for boating, skiing, or tubing and do not forget your fishing gear. Included is a complimentary, 12-foot by 24-foot, covered, boat slip. Boat and jet-ski rentals available nearby. Try parasailing for a special treat! Enjoy two championship golf courses within one mile (Old Kinderhook, a Weiskopf/Moorish designed course, and Lake Valley Country Club) and more, beautiful 18-hole courses are approximately 15 minutes away (Tantara, Sycamore Creek, Dogwood Hills & Indian Rock).
