  Lovely, clean, cheerful decor with new flooring and enough room for our family of 8. Great value for the money. Were able to cook with nicely equipped kitchen. Appliances older but work well, except for refrigerator which might be ok for some, but not cold enough for us. Icemaker worked great. Washer and dryer worked efficiently and very handy.. Bedrooms cheery; however some mattresses are older and uncomfortable, especially 2nd Queen room. LR furniture becoming worn, but attractive, comfortable and clean. Dining room table extra nice and big. No beach chairs or umbrellas provided. Closets need cleaning and organization [so do mine.]. Hilton Head Resort is very well maintained and all employees we met were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed very clean pool and hot tub. Kids and grandkids walked to beach. Husband and I timed it when golf carts running. NIce walkway but about 8 minute walk. Unit has gorgeous views, ocean direction, [but I could not see ocean], and is very sunny and bright. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Suggest owner check mattresses for wear, check frig, put some beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach buggy to haul them, in closet, and clean the closets. Otherwise, great unit, great location in building with stairs to outside right at your door, and you can park close to that door. If you need the elevator, it is a long walk. We used carts to move stuff in so used elevator. Had to call cleaning service [Linda] because not enough towels and they promptly brought enough to make the 12 set standard for a 3 bedroom. We rented through Marianne at Hilton Head Island Villas, and she was great to work with. Would definitely work through same agent next visit. In my opinion, listing for this unit is factual, but could be more extensive. Difficult to turn left out of HHR, so we turned right and then turned around a block down the road in a little turn around area. Our favorite restaurant is One Hot Mama BBQ, Wow! Best ever. Also enjoyed long time favorite, Fudruckers. Have to drive to everything, but groceries, including Walmart, are close.

  This is a nice sized condo. We liked the location: only a few steps from a huge pool and very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Overall we were very happy with this condo. My only suggestion would be that the applicances need to be updated. It has a large dining area and also a small bar at the kitchen counter that has 3 bartsools. Wifi is available for a $20 fee for the week. We loved the fact that there is an awesome little diner within walking distance, a surf shop/ grill next to the pool. There is also a bike rental place at the pool.

  Just wanted to thank you for the use of your condo. We had a wonderfull time and the condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The pictures were very acccurate in the discription of your property. the location was perfect in whatever we were doing. Really enjoyed every bit of our stay. I looked at a lot of properties before i chose where we would stay and I now I made the right choice with your condo. I have already told someone going their in the near future and recommended your condo. Thanks again Lisa

  Dear Lisa-Mae: Many thanks for the opportunity to comment on your wonderful vacation home! The condo was more spacious than we thought it would be, and very clean. The beach is also much closer than we expected, and the walk (and especially the shuttle) was more than convenient. In fact, my family almost preferred the boardwalk views over the ocean views!! The bottom line -- your condo was very comfortable, and it is close to everything. The beach is practically deserted (but in a good way). We also appreciated all the cooking utensils and cookware, as we are not the type to order take out. We would definitely recommend your condo to small families and couple(s), and look forward to returning to Hilton Head and (of course your condo) very soon!

  This was our second visit to Hilton Head and the first time at this condo. The condo was clean and the living room and dining room were far more spacious than the pix suggest! The flooring and carpets were just redone and look great. The views were also very nice – just high enough so you felt like you were living in an isolated townhouse and if you opened the windows you could smell the ocean... The owner was accommodating in every way and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone with children or if you just want to relax and enjoy the endless activities and restaurants at Hilton Head. Also, if you like to cook, the condo has all the pots, pans, dishware, etc., you would ever need. But if you prefer dining out or ordering in, options are limitless and close by.. One more thing… You really have to see the beach to believe it! This beach is literally miles and miles long with not many people on it. (There are mansions and a few other homes that are scattered on either side of the resort for miles on each end, so there is absolutely no spill over from vacationers at other resorts.) We can’t wait to return again next year. My husband and I are already working out dates!!

  My review: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Condo has nice view towards beach and is on the first floor of building one. Overall the unit is decent but a bit out dated; flooring is getting rough, TV/cable was out, which was fine with me since I wanted to get away from all that for the week. There is relatively new leather furniture which was nice and the kitchen was well maintained and everything worked great in there. My family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in building three and the grille/store by the outdoor pool in building one. We rented bicycles there and really enjoyed using them for the week. You can ride on the beach and around the island on trails. The beach is nice and the condo complex is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this unit to families and would consider renting it again myself. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take care - Jim

  My family and I and our in-laws spent two wonderful weeks at this condo. The owner was very professional and easy to deal with. We found the condo to be well kept and ideally located for our daily beach visits and shopping trips. The resort is well maintained and the staff very friendly.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Head Resort! The condo was big and you can't beat the price. The condo was a little dated- could use new carpet & a fresh coat of paint- but very clean. We loved the location! Close to the pool- close to the boardwalk to the beach. We loved Cocoas at the end of the boardwalk. We would definitely return!

  The owner's customer service was great from the first contact. They answered questions almost immediately. The property description was accurate. It was actually larger than I expected. We would stay again. The proximity of the condo to the larger pool and the boardwalk was excellent. This condo made our vacation both relaxing and enjoyable, not cramped or hurried like a hotel room. Try the Sea Shack restaurant, it was great.
