The unit, directions, and instructions were exactly as described. It was clean, quiet, cool, and everything was in good order upon arrival. We have a 5 pound yorkie highly trained and everybody adored him. (because he is a good boy!) There are some full-timer residents/owners in the building as well as a safe and orderly nature to the complex and everybody we met was very friendly and cheerful. The owner over email and phone was very responsive and communicated clearly. If you are wanting a laid-back, tuck away napper at the beach with the feel of being at home ...without worrying about staying in some sandy, alcohol-infused, spring breaker hotel room... . then this is the place for you. This is a true VRBO and the beach takes care of the rest. Oh and the hot tub down by the pool is great after walking in the sand all day!

The condo is exactly as advertised. It is well-appointed and obviously taken care of. The only negative on our stay was that the weather was consistently more than 15 degrees below normal, minimizing our sun bathing on the beach. We had never been to the Cocoa Beach area before, so we had plenty of opportunity to explore the surrounding area. By the way, the Kennedy Space Center was fabulous and well worth the 5 hours or so it takes to go through. The property owner, Joyce, is very attentive and helpful. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with and promptly returned my security deposit.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

What a great place! The condo was nice and clean. Very refreshing look to it. You would never know there were neighbors. It was so quite. A nice and relaxing place to stay. Love the open concept of the place.
