Breathtaking Waterfront View Home, Great for Large Groups
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No
- Wheel chair accessible:No
If you are looking for a secluded, nicely appointed, newer large home with wonderfully large spaces, and a private beach setting, then this is the place. No Ferry lines to wait in to get here. Can accommodate large family(s), and/or groups. Formal Dining Room seats eight, nook seats six, with more room at the eating bar. Great place for family reunions, company/church retreats, and scrapbookers. Vancouver BC? 75-90 minutes to the Canadian border.
**Can combined with home next door(VRBO#122208), to sleep over 30 people. Limit is 40 guests total for both homes.**
Watch the Eagles soar around you, as you absorb the breathtaking views from your own private bit of paradise. Gray Whales also visit the beach in front of the house in the Spring (April and May), and in the Fall (October). This setting is hard to beat. Walk the nearly private beach, or sit and have a picnic on 100 feet plus of grass. This area also has a firepit and running water. Salmon come in late Summer and Fall. If you would like to actually CATCH fish, we recommend Gary Kreins at Allstarfishing in Everett. He is THE source for charter fishing and is available year round. Crab (Summer) and shrimp (Spring) are seasonal and limited, but delicious.
When the day on the water, or at the beach is done, come on back to the house, relax and grab a Jacuzzi or hot tub. Or if your out in the Winter, stoke up the huge wood burning fire place (you provide), or two gas fireplaces (one in the Master Bedroom) and snuggle up with a movie or book.
If you want action, the casino is ten miles away in town, as well as shopping (new Seattle Outlet Stores) or movie theatres. Two Great Golf Courses are less than ten minutes away. Rental of our 23 foot power boat is possible. ($400 day, $2,000 wk + gas, seats 8-10, $500 damage deposit)
This home has given us many special times with friends and relatives, so come and get-away from it all and create your own great memories!
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Price Break for More Than One Week.

We found this vacation home to be a beautiful, roomy, comfortable, relaxing spot of paradise by the water. Our family of 19 had plenty of room. We found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything we needed and more, including double ovens, fridges and dish washers. The adults were able to relax and enjoy as there was plenty of room for the kids to play. The foosball table and air hockey were a great hit. Also the upstairs rec room came in handy. We loved having music piped out to the spacious deck as we basked in the sun and enjoyed the hot tub over looking port Susan. Mornings were special as we looked forward to seeing the eagle soar by in close view. At low tide we enjoyed playing on the beach and digging for clams. Each night was capped by beautiful sunsets. Jeff and Donna were very pleasant to coordinate with. They were eager to answer any questions and to make sure we had a great stay. It's a secluded and private location as well as being close enough to outlet shops and other amenities. We had a fabulous holiday and were sad to say good bye when our time was over. We highly recommend the home and it's owners.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you for providing us with a comfortable & home-like place to relax & enjoy each others company. We enjoyed a walk on the beach, an air hockey tournament and just having enough room to spread out. Thanks again, Everett Vineyard Church, WayneDid you find this review helpful? Chaos & Bliss!! Room enough for 5 cousins and families. 2 years old to 83 years old. Too much food, too much to drink, never too much fun. The beach and fire pit were wonderful with gorgeous evening stars. The hot tub was wonderful rain or shine. The house was large enough for all of us, cozy enough for a wonderful gathering, and the center of a fantastic reunion!! Thanks for letting us descend upon and celebrate in your house.
