This is a new home completed December 2004. It is completely wheelchair accessible. It is on the ninth fairway, five minutes from the ski area and ten minutes from the Angel Fire Airport.

The home has a two-sided fireplace in the great room, a mud room, and a large patio overlooking the golf course. Monte Verde Lake, which is stocked twice a year with rainbow trout, is five minutes away. It is 30 minutes from Taos, one and a half hours from Santa Fe, and two hours from Albuquerque.
