Our large townhome is almost completely updated and has everything a group of any size would want. We overlook Stagecoach Reservoir and State Park, with excellent trout and Northern Pike fishing. We are at the bottom of Lynx Pass, nestled between the Flat Tops and Mount Zerkle Wilderness. The area is one of the top for hunting, well known for elk. You name it, if it is outdoor activity, we have it.
Oh, and the skiing!!!! Best powder and tree skiing in Colorado.
Steamboat Springs has several hot springs, including a pool and famous Strawberry Park, and the fishing, hiking, biking, roller blading, golfing, etc. is all fantastic. Plus, since we are three hours from Denver you leave the crowds behind. For year round fun, it would be difficult to beat this incredible place.

Rick, Lindsey, Tim & I had a great time up at Stagecoach Reservoir. We even looked at a small home for sale down the street from your place ($330,000) but unfortunately it was already sold. Did not catch anything off the pontoon boat but did catch 2 trout out of Yampa River. Thanks again for sharing your townhome. It was great.
