Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2005
Roger and I have been going to Beach Haven since we met. We keep a boat at Morrison's Marina and we are there every weekend. We help the cleaning crew with the change over, Roger makes whatever repairs need to be done and we refill supplies.
We were thinking "hotel" not "beach rental" when we decorated the two condos. So many of our guests return every year that we feel that we should always offer them some nice changes and try to do something to improve the properties over the winter - new furniture, new carpet, new quilts - always something new.
Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven
Beach Haven is the most interesting and entertaining town on Long Beach Island. The beaches are white and kept very clean. After a day on the beach there's plenty to do.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Watching the dolphins and boats from the balcony early in the morning. The amazing sunrises! Walking anywhere - it's a great location.
