Our Condo is right on Indian Rocks Beach in a quiet, 16 unit, NEW, private Condo 75 feet from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, WITH HIGH SPEED DSL, and with your own , pool, hot tub and large 10x15 balcony. We are just North of GUPPIES Restaurant at 1912 Guld Blvd 33785, if you wish to google the address.

MY WIFE IS VERY CLEAN CONCIOUS AND PARTICULAR, SO YOU CAN BE SURE EVERYTHING IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND NEAT. WE HAVE ALLERGIES SO OUR PLACE DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKERS. EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND NEW.

We have High Speed DSL Wireless for dad.
We have a huge kitchen for mom and a wide balcony.
We have a high Chair and crib if needed.
We have 2 single beds in our guest room.
Our LUXURY Condo is Called OCEAN WAY,on Gulf Blvd. and is just three miles south of Clearwater and one mile south of the beautiful home of John Travolta, and Tom Cruise. You may see him with some of his friends, on the beach, although our beach is not very busy and the walk could end up being with just with you and your sweetheart.
Nearby is great shopping, inexpensive restaurants, friendly churches (We go to Indian Rocks Baptist, where over 6000 meet each Sunday), and beautiful golf courses. From St. Peat’s Airport it is a 15 minute drive. The sand comes right up to the pool area and the beach is quite private and safe.
THIS CONDO IS GOOD FOR FAMILIES AS IT HAS 2 SINGLE BEDS IN THE GUEST ROOM.
Our condo looks out to the side of the building and has a partial view of the beach. For a direct view, please look at condo 2 on out personal site.Our Condo at the Beach has everything you will need for a great holiday, two 38 inch TVS, DVD (with lots of movies and also children's DVDs),a CRIB/PLAYPEN for a baby, CD Player, stereo, two bedrooms. Main with King bed and Guest with 2 Singles, and each has a private washroom. The living room has all new furniture, 2 sofas (one a double pull out and entertainment center, a glass dining table, very exquisite furnishings and art, extra phone outlets for computer, and a kitchen that has everything. We have all the instructions in our home to make your vacation perfect and relaxing.
When you are finished a cleaning team will make sure our home is perfect for the next family.
Disney, EPCOT, Cypress Gardens are just one hour and thirty minutes away and we usually drive there and back the same day. Bush Gardens is in Tampa 30 minutes away. The beach is only ten feet from the pool, only 60 feet from your door; we have 2 units in this building. This is the LOWER COST unit that faces the side of the building, so you see the palm trees and part of the beach. This condo is on the side of the building,not on the front as our other one is. We hope you have a great holiday whichever place you choose to go!
