Our 1200 sq ft. condominium home has just been fully redecorated and refurnished. We have SKI-IN,SKI OUT to SOLVISTA family ski hill. The condo has a MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with bath, a FULL KITCHEN with EVERYTHING you need, three-quarter bath with "STEAM SHOWER," GAME ROOM/DEN with queen-size sleeper sofa, fireplace, living room, as well as a LOFT with 2 QUEEN BEDS and bath. It also has one of the best VIEWS of the MOUNTAIN AREA as seen from the Living Room.
A Great location to ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK area,YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch, hiking & biking trails. More fun, horse back riding, white water rafting, 4 area golf courses, live theater, minature golf, shopping, swiming and boating at Grand Lake, only 20 minutes from our condo. The view from the living room and game room overlooks the Granby Ranch golf course with great mountain views. We are only 75 miles from the DENVER AIRPORT and 15 minutes from Winter Park and the Alpine slide, and more fun for the family.
Enjoy the peace, tranquility, of the Rocky Mountains, only a 20 minute drive from our condo. Stop at Grand Lake for dinner!!
Our Condo has a great location to other well known areas, 1 hour to Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge,Vail and Copper Mountain.
