We have a beautifully and cheerfully decorated updated two bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condominium. We are an oceanfront building, and a first floor, side-view unit on the side opposite the pool. There is no need to carry luggage/items up steps! The on-premises, coin-operated, laundry facility is two doorways away on the same floor, very convenient!
We are basically a family-oriented facility, located in a most highly desirable, fun-filled area of the beach (Shore Drive). Our beach home is within a short walk to the longest pier on the East Coast - The Apache Pier. The Straw Market across the street offers a convenience store, ice cream shop, pizza, and an adult beverage store, etc. Sands Ocean Club next door offers Ocean Annies (an outside bar with live music), Sandals Lounge, River City Cafe, and an outstanding restaurant serving breakfast and dinner.
Umbrella and beach chair rental is available on the beach.
There are numerous restaurants, shopping areas including grocery, golf, entertainment facilities, fishing, video rental, and much, much more within a very short distance to our condominium (never getting on a main highway). We are so convenient to everything imaginable.
Access to and from Highway 22 is unbelievably close and convenient.
