Elviria apartment description

This lovely ground floor apartment is situated in a small gated private complex, located in the beautiful coastal area of Elviria adorned by pine trees. It is close to supermarkets as well as a wide range of shops and restaurants and also the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes a large screen tv which receives sky FTA channels and a Hi-Fi system, also a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, micro wave and washing machine, it also has a safe for any personal items. After parking your car in the underground garage there is a lift for your convenience to take you to apartment entrance. For some retail therapy, a visit to the designer shops that abound Marbella and Puerto Banus is a mere 15 minute drive away.


The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace, which is on the same level as the lawned area, making it wheelchair accessible throughout. The owner has furnished the apartment to a high standard so It is non smoking - but there is no problem doing it on the terrace. There are fresh towels and linen provided weekly.
Directions from Malaga Airport. Approximately 45km.

Take the A7 signposted towards Torremolinos/Cadiz. Proceed along the A7 towards Cadiz/Algeciras for 1km. Stay in the right hand lane and exit for Benalmadena/Cadiz. Continue on the A7 for about 20km until you see the road split as you near Fuengirola, keep on right side and stay on the A7. DO NOT GO ON THE AP7 as this is the toll road. Continue on past Fuengirola, Mijas Costa, La Cala, Calahonda, Riviera and Cabapino until you see the Don Carlos hotel appear on your left hand side. Take the exit when you see the sign for Elviria on the right. At the roundabout you will find apartment complex on right

The apartment is located in the coastal village of Elviria, 6 miles from the centre of Marbella and 25 miles from Malaga airport. It is just 100 yards from the A-7 motorway that runs along the coast. The landmark 5-star Hotel Don Carlos is across the road from the apartment complex. The blue flag beach at Elviria is a mere 10-minute walk from the apartment. It is known as La Perla Blanca because of its fine golden sand and is regarded as one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. You can walk along the beach all the way to Marbella (west) or to the beautiful marina of Cabopino (east). The Costa del Sol is renowned for its wide selection of golf courses. Santa Maria is a 3 minute walk away and courses such as Mijas, Santana, La Cala, Rio Real, and Santa Clara are within a few minutes drive. The world-famous courses of Sotogrande and Valderrama are 30 and 45 minutes drive away respectively.
