Beautiful, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath, ranch home on Pinemoor Golf Course. Southern facing view affords sun all day long in the lanai-covered, heated, pool area. The home has ceramic tiled floors throughout making for easy maintenance.
King-sized bed in master bedroom; twin beds in second bedroom; queen-sized bed in third bedroom. The master bedroom, third bedroom, kitchen eating area, and living room all access the pool and lanai area, as well as fantastic view of the golf course.
The large, vaulted ceiling living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and two matching loveseats. A full walled entertainment center houses a TV, VCR, and CD player. There is a separate newly redecorated dining room for special occasions. A brand new March 2008 kitchen has been installed, with granite counters and new white high gloss cabinets.
On the lanai, there is a half bath with a bidet, chaise lounges, tables and chairs, and gas barbecue . The home is beautifully landscaped with great curb appeal. A delight to spend your vacation in.
Pristine Englewood Beach and Manasota Key are 15 minutes away. Many restaurants, from fine dining to delicatessans, are also located in the area. Shopping & cinemas are located in Port Charlotte -15 min.south. Naples-95 mi. south. Orlando=160 miles north, Key West=345 mi.south. Sarasota= 40 mi.north, and Tampa is
90 mi. north. Sarasota Airport is north and Ft. Myers Airport is
south of the house as is Tampa Airport.
