This brand new, smoke-free home offers lots of room and privacy with its four bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. It sleeps 8-10 comfortably so it's the perfect place for a family vacation.
On the ground floor are three bedrooms, two of which have their own porch facing the Gulf.
On the main floor is the oversized Master bedroom and the spacious Great Room with a large porch perfect for enjoying the view of the Gulf and its ocean breeze.
In the third floor tower you can get away from it all and read a book or enjoy a cocktail and the sunset from its private tower.
Our home offers everything you need for pure relaxation and enjoyment including four TVs and DVD players, a gourmet kitchen, and a complete beach setup including umbrellas with sand grabbers, comfortable beach chairs, and several beach games.
The La Valencia Village has available a tennis court and a pool located in the private pavilion on the beach. The pavilion on the beach, with its private beach access, has lounge chairs and restrooms available for your convenience.
