Villa Mediterranee is a spectacular new 4 bedroom villa located in the gated Orient Bay Village, within walking distance of St. Martin's most famous Orient Beach. The Villa is perched on a hilltop with a stunning view of the islands of St Barth, Tintamarre and Pinel, and a bird’s eye view of Le Village de la Baie Orientale, an oasis of white sand beaches and colorful Caribbean homes.
This elegant and luxurious villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths, and can accommodate up to nine persons (four king size beds and one twin bed, privacy for everyone!)
Tennis courts, horse-back riding, surfing, sailing, snorkeling, jet-skiing, first class French restaurants, pizzeria and patisserie are all within walking distance. Villa Mediterranee is just five minutes from the village of Grand Case, the dining capital of the Caribbean, and only ten minutes to the French Capital of Marigot, with its chic boutiques and bistros.
The spacious living and dining rooms are also climate controlled and are exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany. The entertainment unit includes a satellite TV, high-speed internet access, a DVD player and a CD player. The immaculate kitchen has a breakfast bar with fabulous marble countertop and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. Large sliding glass doors open into an outdoor patio and an outdoor veranda that lead into a large private swimming pool and a deck made of with imported Italian Terracotta tiles, teak loungers and colorful cushions for sun lovers.

- Villa Méditerranée has a large private pool lined with blue Diamond Brite, and in-pool lighting. The pool features a custom rock wall and a soothing waterfall. The pool area includes a large deck covered with imported Italian Terracotta tiles, and surrounded by Ficus bushes, and Traveler palm trees. The pool deck and the courtyard are gated and provide plenty of privacy for liberal sun bathing. Large teak chaise lounges imported from South-East Asia, and covered with colorful cushions allow the guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool. Villa Mediterranee has alas a Jaccuzzi with one sweeping fabulous view ot Orient Bay and of the islands of St Barth, Tintamarre and Pinel. A cordless direct dial telephone in the living room allows Villa Méditerranée's guests to stay in touch with any country in the world. Wifi computer internet access is avavilable on-site. Villa Méditerranée has satellite Dish Network TV service that gives access to many U.S. television network programming.

Villa Méditerranée was designed by a team of American, French and German architects and builders, and the interior design was furnished by a French decorator. The villa's two-level space, rooms, patios, veranda, outside decks, and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by a luxuriant garden, which was designed by Caribbean Gardens, one of the best known landscapers of the island. Villa Méditerranée is in the middle of everything St. Martins' Orient Beach has to offer, yet it is gated and secluded, giving our guests complete privacy. A maid is available daily for the comfort of our guests.

We just returned from our 25th wedding anniversary trip to St. Martin and Villa Mediterranne. The villa is istuated on a hill overlooking Orient beach and is very clean and well maintained. We had two couples and used the bedrooms overlooking the pool, but the villa in general and all four bedrooms are well appointed. The area and the villa are gated. Great views, especially sunrise. Pool, veranda and deck area are very private. Veranda sitting and lounging are the best. Walk to Orinet beach and 10 minute drive to Grand Case. Check out Sunset Cafe. The staff, on the one occasion we needed them was helpful and courteous. We loved it and recommend it highly!

This was our 3rd time staying at the Villa Méditerranée. We stayed one week every year for the last 3 years. This place is a paradise and I can only say that you have to come and experience for yourself. The villa is walking distance to Orient beach and to the shopping centers and restaurants of the Village d'Orient. Everything you need is right here. The pool is awesome and very private. The view form the patio and veranda is spectacular: you can see all three islands of Tintamarre, Pinel and St Barth at the same time. The bedrooms are terrific but however my favorite is the upstairs bedroom, from which you have a view on the pool and the green preserve of St Martin. My kids loved every minute. Many thanks to the villa manager and staff for being so gracious and making our stay so pleasant!

One of our best vacations. This was our first time to the island and thankfully we did not go wrong with the location. The villa is everything and more. Great views, great privacy and most of all good friends to enjoy it with. All 4 couples raved about how perfect the house was for their vacation. Staying in Orient Village is by far the best place on the island if you are looking to get away from high rise condos. The villa is close enough to the village to walk and we did so almost every night.

My family and I had a wonderful time in St. Martin this past October! I had been once before a few years ago and stayed in an average hotel on the Dutch side, but this time was truly exceptional. The villa has ample space for a family of five (or even more) and is in excellent condition, and with the very helpful maid, we didn't have to lift a finger! The grill by the pool is also a great feature - we picked up fresh fish at the market in Marigot for a delicious lunch. Thank you very much Alain for your hospitality and helpfulness!

The villa was everything it is advertised to be. The pictures do not do it justice. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The location is fabulous as well. The best recommendation we can give is we are already planning a trip back and would never consider any other accommodations. We were a party of three couples and all of us thought the villa was marvelous.

My friends, my wife and I stayed there for 10 days. We had an amazing time. The villa is overlooking Orient Bay and is as gorgeous as the views! You are walking distance from the beach were you will find everything you need. From kitesurfing to scuba diving or fantastic restaurants it's all there!

If you are going to St Martin and want to stay in Orient Village, look no further. This 4 bedroom villa is ideal for 4 couples and is exactly what you are looking for if you want space, views, location and style. All of the beds are kings and sleep really well... I had 7 greats nights of sleep while we were there and that's hard to do (away from home). The floor plan is perfect and the views really are exactly like the pictures! The pool is large and well-kept with comfy lounge chairs to enjoy laying out in the sun or reading a book. The jacuzzi is not heated, but will give you a good "bubble massage". The kitchen is very modern and has everything you need if you decide to eat some meals at home. There is also a grill that works great (and was perfect for grilling the mahi mahi that our guys caught on their fishing trip). This home is clean, cool (AC works well) and has great Mediterranean architecture and decor. It completes your island atmosphere!! The walk to the beach is 7-10 minutes. It is very easy (1 hill coming home) and the beach is right off of a postcard. Crystal clear water with mountains surrounding you. As part of the Villa Mediterranee deal, you will receive free chairs and umbrellas at La Playa, which is a beachfront resort that includes a bar and restaurant. This is a HUGE perk as renting chairs and umbrellas will cost $10/day anywhere else. While you enjoy your free umbrella and chair, a waiter from La Playa will serve you drinks and food. You never have to leave your chair... until you want to take a dip in the turquoise water! How amazing is that!? We just got home and I am already missing sitting on the veranda, reading my book and enjoying the view. I searched for 6 months to find the "perfect" island experience and I can honestly say that I wasn't disappointed. Thanks Alain!! Lori B

We had a fantastic time at the Villa Mediterranee! Just a two minute walk from Orient beach and a short ride to Grand Case, Marigot, and Phillipsburg, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The view from the villa is also to die for! The house itself is very spacious and comfortable, with four large beds and four large bathrooms (huge walk-in showers!). Kitchen seemed very modern, though we ate out every night so I can't comment there. The maid was also very nice and helpful, too. Finally, the renter was great with communication and gave us a well-appreciated list of suggested places to visit (Friar's bay - highly recommended!). We will definitely stay here again!
