OUR HOLIDAY VILLA in Sunset Lakes is family owned and is exquisitely furnished to the highest standards and offers the utmost in comfort and luxury. It is a truly spacious, fully air-conditioned villa, all on one level and featuring the following:
THE LIVING AREA is spacious and open plan with two sofas and one armchair. One of the sofas converts into a double queen-size sofa bed. Large sliding patio doors lead to the pool area. Overhead fan. TV, etc.
THE DINING AREA has a table and six chairs with picture window overlooking the pool area.
THE KITCHEN is adjacent to the dining area and is fully-equipped with all cooking utensils, refrigerator freezer with ice making facility, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
THE MASTER BEDROOM has a double bed with two bedside cabinets and dressing unit. Large sliding doors lead to the pool area. Cable TV and two large walk in closets. Overhead fan. Beautiful en suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, WC, bath, and shower. Extractor fan.
SECOND BEDROOM with twin beds, bedside cabinets and drawer unit. Walk in closet. Overhead fan.
THIRD BEDROOM with twin beds, bedside cabinets and drawer unit. Walk in closet. Overhead fan.
SECOND BATHROOM adjacent to second and third bedrooms with bath, WC, shower and sink unit. Extractor fan.
HALF BATHROOM adjacent to pool with WC, wash hand basin, and pool towels.
UTILITY with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
PRIVATE SOUTH FACING POOL is screened and heated with multicolored fiber optic lighting and an extra large sundeck area (not overlooked from the rear). Spacious covered lanai with luxury pool furniture, table and chairs. Scenic views across a small lake and conservation area. Watch the Florida wildlife (and the Disney fireworks) from your own private pool area!!!
