There is plenty of crockery, cooking utensils, bed sheets, towels, beach towels and so on. The Villa Rosa has been completely renovated in 2007. The equipment is sophisticated and modern. Das war zwar nicht unser erster Urlaub in Florida, aber das erste Mal in Cape Coral und das erste Mal in einem gemieteten Ferienhaus. In der sehr gepflegten Villa Rosa war alles zum Besten bestellt. Der sehr schöne Pool ist von vielen Pflanzen umgeben und bietet eine nette Atmosphäre. Internet, Klimaanlage, Telefon, Fernseher und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Kurze Wege zum Einkauf, Restaurants und zum Flughafen. Die Strände von Sanibel Island, Fort Myres Beach und sogar Cape Coral sind schnell erreicht. Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosa lag zwischen Oktober und November. Tagsüber erreichte das Thermometer leicht die 30° C und man kann abends bei angenehmen Temperaturen am Pool grillen. Morgens kann es schon mal mit weniger als 15° C kühl sein. Die Kommunikation mit Gabi per E-Mail hat super funktioniert. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen wieder die Villa Rosa buchen. Ich möchte mich für die 2 Wochen in Ihrem Haus herzlich bedanken. Alles in allem war es echt ok. Leider war das Wetter nicht perfekt und nachts echt kalt wenn man nicht darauf vorbereitet ist. :) Die Kommunikation und Organisation klappte dank schneller Antworten ihrerseits per Email reibungslos. Nochmal recht schönen Dank von uns vier. Wir kommen gerne wieder Lg Markus LRecommended for: Adventure seekers.
