  We just spent four wonderful days at Dreamer's View. The house was absolutely perfect for our get away with our son, daughter in law and 6 1/2 year old grandson. The location was perfect for day trips to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smoky Mountains. The leaves were at their peak and the view from the deck was spectacular. The house had everything you needed and the game room was a hit with our Grandson! The only problem was we didn't have more time to spend in Maggie Valley the time just flew by! Oh yeah and one last note if you are looking for a fantastic restaurant we recommend Frankie's Italian in Maggie Valley it was outstanding but I suggest a reservation.

  Loved the deck and the view. Very comfortable house, very nice, well equipped kitchen. Easy to find, Neighborhood quiet - you can hear the streams running nearby. "Kids" loved the hot tub while us "oldsters" loved the deck. Coffee in the morning with a view!! Had nine people staying and it worked out perfectly. Nice walking roads if you can do the hills (I can't).

  We regret that we only had 3 nights to enjoy this cabin. Had a very nice time and enjoyed the super views very much. We have rented cabins in the Maggie Valley area in the past with mixed results. This is one of the best rentals that we have had in this area, or in any area for that matter. It was clean and well equipped. The mountain views from the decks ( both upper and lower) are just wonderful and the porch swing is a perfect spot to enjoy the views. We certainly would highly recommend Dreamer's View for couples or families.

  Just returned from Maggie and this was the best house we've ever stayed at and it had everything and didn't have all those hidden cost like all the rest, cleaning fee, reservation fee, hot tub fee, being on vacation fee, this place was huge and had the prettiest view of all and we will be back. The price was right and the amenities were excellent, it deserves a 4 star rating, and you won't be sorry if you rent it. I have stayed everywhere in Maggie for over 15 years but this was the best.

  My extended family and I stayed in this cabin for our annual family vacation. We absolutely loved it! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. My mother wanted to take it home with her. It was clean, well kept and the view from the deck was spectacular. The view alone was worth the price. The kids enjoyed the bear motief throughout the house. We would very definately come again.

  We are a retired couple who ride a Gold Wing Trike and our Daughter in NC has a Honda Shadow. We heard about Dreamer's View and thought this would be a great first motorcycle trip for our daughter. We rode the Dragon both ways, the back of the dragon, the Blue Ridge Parkway and gambled at Cherokee. The cabin was beyond our expectations, the cabin was clean, the beds comfortable, the fully stocked kitchen helped us to eat most of our meals at home and the VIEW un-describable. We enjoyed most the front porch reading books, looking at the clouds coming over the mountain and the Humming Birds coming to their feeder. We will be back

  We got home late last night and wanted to let you know what a great time we had at Maggie Valley! We have 4 boys - 16, 13, 12 & 9 and we were coming with one thing in mind, to spend some time together with no additional distractions. We sure got it. Our 16 yr old enjoyed playing his guitar on the porch, while the other kids had an air hockey tournament downstairs. I had fun cooking in the kitchen and loved all of the accommodations. We watched movies (that was so great to open the cabinet and find them!) and went Whitewater rafting, driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway and my husband and I sat on the porch and talked. The beds were comfortable and we felt like we were staying at relatives. The best part of all was we are back with so many memories and a nice relaxing place to come back to. Thank you so much.

  This house is very nice. The setup is wonderful and it's very comfortable. The drive to the slops is very short and easy. The game room is very fun, but the hot tub was the savior to our aching bodies. We will remember the great time we had when we look for a place next year. Thanks for your generosity

Cancellation policy:

DREAMER’S VIEW RENTAL RULES and REGULATIONS AGREEMENT Page 1 of 1 CHECK-IN time is after 3:00 pm and CHECK-OUT time is 10:00 am. SMOKING is NOT permitted inside the cabin. You are welcome to smoke outside on the decks. Ash buckets are provided on both levels of the deck. PETS are NOT permitted in rental unit under any condition. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. However, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damages done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. There are no expenses resulting from check charges, movie charges, etc. c. Soiled dishes are cleaned, dried and put away, all items removed from refrigerator and freezer. d. Keys ($5 replacement charge) are returned and garage door opener ($50 replacement charge) left on kitchen table. PAYMENT - The total amount of the rent is required 3 weeks before arrival date. If reservation is made within the thirty (30) day period, the full amount is due at time of booking. REFUNDS - There will be no refunds due to appliance, water, power, or TV failures. No appliances or amenities are guaranteed. We make every effort to keep our home in good working order and any problems will be repaired as soon as possible during normal business hours. Please notify us as soon as a problem arises. There are no refunds for early check-outs. RETURNED CHECK FEE - There is a $35.00 per check fee for all returned checks. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made within 30 days of arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. If we are able to rent the cabin for your cancelled dates, you will only be responsible for a $25.00 change fee. (The balance of the deposit and any rental fees paid will be refunded) GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES - Furnishings include dishes, cookware, bed and bath linens. Guests will provide their own coffee filters, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet tissue. GENERAL STATEMENT - We are not responsible or liable for (a) any loss or theft of personal property, (b) accident, injury or damage of any nature from any cause to renters (including guests or others) or acts of God, ©) weather, road, travel, ski conditions or any other recreational activities. We will be happy to return any items found which are inadvertently left at the cabin via mail on a C.O.D. basis. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE - It may be necessary for us to enter the cabin to perform minor repairs. Guests are not required to be there for repairs to be done. HOT TUB MAINTENANCE - The hot tub will be emptied and cleaned by a service after every rental. If you have any questions regarding the hot tub, please contact the service.
