This large five bedroom house is the perfect getaway for a large family gathering or reunion, or just a bunch of friends that want to relax and have a great time. This Central Coast home at the beach is only steps from the beach access, has a fully enclosed wrap around deck, a large great room and hot tub. It is very spacious, modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean, private and relaxing. The beautiful, sprawling Cayucos beach is just right across the street, steps from the porch.
It is walking distance to the little town of Cayucos. Cayucos has many fabulous restaurants and antique stores. We are close to many exciting activities, like Hearst Castle, kayaking, fishing, golfing or whale watching in Morro Bay. We are close to the college town of San Luis Obispo, with lots of fun shopping and activities. Cambria is just minutes away and has the best antique shopping around. We are also very close to Paso Robles which is known for their wine. You can wine taste any day of the week. The house is fully equipt and is perfect for large families with children. Its a great place to relax and rejuvenate!!

Loved this place and have been a repeat customer!! Very clean and well kept. Cute but not cutesy. Shabby chic decor bedrooms give a cozy, beach cottage feel. Two indoor bathrooms PLUS an outdoor bathroom allow a crowd to not feel cramped. Efficient kitchen layout. Large sun deck is awesome for enjoying the sunset. A few blocks from the center of town. Across the street from the beach. Can't wait to be back!!

This house is located right across from the beach and a short walk to downtown. The house is roomy, perfect for 2 families or a girlfriend getaway! I love how the bedrooms are decorated - you feel right at home. It is was very clean and comfy!

I have stayed at this property several times in the past. It has a wonderful location directly across from the beach access. My favorite time of the year to stay here is the fall. The location just can not get better. This property is located feet from the beach, walking distance to downtown restaurants, markets, and spa services. It has a large deck for enjoying coffee in the morning as well as a hot tub. There is plenty of room for a large family or group. The kids enjoy bunking in the back room with the bunk beds. The front rooms offer cute cottage/beach decor with nicely updated bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourment meal. I just can't say enough about how beachy and cute this place is. Plenty of parking all around. You can easily fit multiple family or friends here. I would stay here over and over. It's just the right atmosphere for the beach.

I stayed in this place for a girls' weekend and recommend it HIGHLY. The location is fantastic, and the accommodations are very comfortable and perfect for relaxing and catching up with friends. The beach and nearby wine-tasting opportunities were bonus!

Assuming you already know what a great place Cayucos is to vacation, this is the perfect place to stay while there. It's got all of the amenities for a good time: large deck out front, hot tub, large living/great room, large kitchen, and PLENTY of bedrooms with bunk beds already there for the kids. Property was very clean and well maintained. 50 feet from the ocean! A great time.

This home is so absolutely perfect for a family or group to escape reality and experience the central coast of california. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are SO clean and SO nice. That's always my worry with rentals, but no need to worry here! The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan, cup, or utensil you'll ever need. The beach is literally across the street, and so beautiful. I would highly recommend this home to my family and friends :)

We rented this great getaway for the week after the Rose Bowl 2011 and what a great idea to extend a short trip into something that will be in our memories for a lifetime. We arrived at the property to find a beautiful home located directly across from the beach. There were four couples and each of us had a beautiful bedroom. The rooms are quite and those who wanted to sleep in did while the rest of us were in the kitchen and great room. This beach house is close to Hearst Castle, which had been decorated for Christmas (WOW) up the coast the elephant seals were giving birth (we saw four pups born) and the Whales were heading south (saw groups two to six spouts all day long but only one tail flip). What more could you ask for? Over the hill the Paso Robles wine growing area gave us some unexpected pleasures (who knew?) great wine. This beach home is 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful deck, if you have children that back bedroom looks like a great adventure. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the sunset right as it began to sink into the ocean. We definitely will be back and recommend it to any large family or group.

A must stay!! Our family has made many wonderful memories at this comfortable and inviting beach home. With 5 bedrooms, one of them a fabulous bunk room for the kids, there is more than enough room for our family reunion. The fully stocked kitchen looks on to an open living space allowing cooking on vacation to be fun as you can be part of the group. There is a park close enough for the kids to walk to and the beach is super convenient. Once you've stayed here you'll return again and again.

This house is my favorite house to rent in Cayucos, our family goes back every year. The house is right across the street from easy beach access, and 1/2 block to the park, and a block to the market. Even our young children can walk to town. No need for a car while you are there. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of eating areas and the deck has extra seating for sunny days. The hot tub is great in the evening under the stars. We love that 3 of the beds are King size, it is perfect for our family. Our children love the bunk bed room. It is in the back of the house, so the kids can make as much noise as they would like. There is even a little TV for the kids in "their" room. Cayucos is our favorite beach town, the beach goes on forever and the waves are calm for the kids. Cayucos is one of the last authenic California beach towns. No fancy stuff, just relaxing and fun. Can't wait to go back this year!
