New renovations just completed have made our condo at Brigantine Quarters even more luxurious. New granite in kitchen and baths, lovely tile flooring, new cabinetry and fresh paint have made this large 2 bedroom-2 bath unit bright and beautiful.
Brigantine Quarters, located in a private and secluded area of Shipyard Plantation, is a lovely, 46-villa "mini resort" featuring two- and three-bedroom condominiums with golf and lagoon views. There are two swimming pools on site (one is heated), two tennis courts, picnic areas with playground and barbecue grills - all for the exclusive use of Brigantine guests. Also on site is a private gate for access to the wide and pristine Hilton Head Island beach. Brigantine Quarters is the closest resort in Shipyard Plantation to the beach - an easy 7 minute walk from the villa!
Everything you could want is right at your doorstep, but you also have all of the amenities of Shipyard Plantation nearby. Shipyard boasts a brand new Beach Club which provides convenient access to a wonderful private beach on the Atlantic with restroom and outdoor shower facilities. It also includes a snack bar and private lockers which are available for your use. Also recently completed is a large open-air pavilion for picnics or other activities. Shipyard is home to the famous Van Der Meer tennis club, and over nine miles of bike paths in a serene environment filled with live oaks, peaceful lagoons and gorgeous landscaping.
In 2002, all of Brigantine Quarters underwent a total renovation bringing it up to Gold Crown resort standards. The units have all been professionally decorated with new flooring, new appliances, and furniture - vaulted ceilings, spacious floorplans, and private balconies await you in this wonderful vacation getaway.
Our unit is a second floor, two-bedroom, two- bath, end unit overlooking the sixth fairway of the Shipyard Plantation golf course. The bedrooms consist of one king-size bed and two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the bath off the king is extra large with a jacuzzi tub, roomy shower stall, and double sink. For additional guests, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The fully-equipped kitchen is new and spacious. Everything you could want for your cooking convenience is available, including microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all necessary utensils. Seating includes a bar with barstools off the kitchen, and a dining room with seating for six. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a TV/VCR/DVD and stereo. The deck off the living room and twin bedroom has a seating area overlooking the sixth fairway of the Brigantine golf course and lagoon. It is very quiet and attractive.
Hilton Head Island is the ultimate vacation destination, with so many activities available for all ages! It is the perfect spot for you and your family or friends. Some of the local activites are:

** Championship golf courses (27 holes) at the Shipyard Golf Club.
