Come and relax at our Beautiful Surf Cottage! Just a walk away from a fun surf spot for all ages and levels of experience.
Located across the street from Sunset Beach Colony Homes, this cottage is a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation in the paradise of Hawaii. Only a walk across the street and down the newly paved park entrance you will find a palm tree-lined beach where the surf is perfect for all levels of surfing, body boarding, body surfing, and even just swimming. On a clear day you can see forever through your snorkel mask over the beautiful Hawaiian reef.
This cottage sits at the end of the famous North Shore bike path where we have two mountain bikes for you to enjoy the beautiful ride past the famous beaches of the North Shore. Sunset, Rocky Point, Pipeline, and the famous Waimea Bay are all yours to explore!
If you choose to take a short drive you will easily find places like the Turtle Bay Resort and Spa where you can golf, have a spa day or go horseback riding. The Polynesian Cultural Center is just a short drive to the east side where you can witness traditional Hawaiian Hula dances. Waimea Falls Park is also just a few minutes drive to the west where you can hike down a tropical path to the beautiful waterfall and see Hawaiian cliff divers
This cottage has everything you need to relax and have fun in Hawaii. In addition to the above mentioned amenities we've also provided beach towels, board games, XBOX video game console with plenty of games and a small selection of DVDs. We also have wireless internet for you to collect email or check the local swell and weather maps. You will not want to go home!!!

I knew it was a great deal but we were all really surprised at how nice both the house and the neighborhood were. There were five of us - two in each bedroom and my son on the couch. The house is very clean and tightly constructed. In almost all of our other rentals and even hotels we had a number of cane spiders, giant cockroaches, or other bugs - normal Hawaii. Despite being very rural there were absolutely no bugs inside the whole time! Another nice thing is the neighbors - it felt like a tight community that kept a watch on things, and also had great ideas and advice. One even helped our daughter surf on the local break. The beach is close and very beautiful and remote. Not the best for swimming as there's a lot of reef, but you can walk 5 min more to get to a swimming beach. We had such a great vacation away from the cold weather. Thank you very much for all the little things that made your home very comfortable to stay in. My kids loved the beach across the street and all the little shops (and shave ice) in Haleiwa were perfect as well. We even had a chance to have dinner at Ola restaurant right on the beach at turtle bay. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My boyfriend, a close friend and have all been to the North Shore several times, but this was the most accommodating and comfortable house we have encountered. It's nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable and every detail is looked after. We really felt like we were staying a friend's home. The extra beach towels and bath supplies were a nice touch, especially the Iodine, since we all got a few reef cuts during surfing. We had a fantastic time while staying at this house. Stayed 8 nights and found it to be the perfect north shore location. The bikes were a great addition. House was clean and well stocked, providing all necessities for a fantastic vacation. The owner was very helpful and nice during the booking decision and process and during our stay as well.
