  I rented this condo over new years and it was just fine! I was there with my 14 year old son and his Dad, my ex took the bedroom and my son and I shared the bunks. It is a small unit but as we were on the hills all day it was just fine. Clean, safe and great location. It was good for my son to wash dishes, reminded me of our cottage in Ontario. We loved the proximity to the gondola, the beautiful walk along the river and for me I loved the proximity to Wine Mine and grocery store in Telluride Lodge. One suggestion to Barb, lower the TV as it was too high on the wall and hurt my neck to watch, but this is a small thing. Would rent again.

  It was the perfect fit for us and didn't break the bank! We stayed at this condo with our 2 boys over July 4th week. Ground floor was great b/c we had a stroller. Walked everywhere, used the pool and hot tub daily. Comfy beds and cute updated kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  This is the first time that we have rented this unit, and we would definitely come back again. It is located on the 1st floor, and very close to town and lift 7. It is so convenient that you do not need a car at all during your stay. Very close to the outside hot tub and pool, which is really nice after along day of skiing. Had all the necessities and a great value for Telluride.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  We have stayed at this condo for our skiing visits yearly for several years now. It truly is charming and COZY, the location is fantastic, the way it is featured on vrbo is absolutely accurate; it is a nice surprise when one arrives the first time. Because it is on the bottom floor the access is very easy, straight from lift seven (a not even five minute walk in your ski boots;). Sometimes you can ski right up to the condo door:). So it is a wonderful location if one is there to ski. But we have also visited during the early fall and that was breath-taking as well. The location by the creek and the mountain, visible from the kitchenette and the living area, truly is wonderful. It is also very close to the outside hot tub which actually matters after a long day of skiing. So you get the immediate access to the beatiful outside, but also incredible closeness to all the conveniences. Great little cozy place to experience Telluride from.
