Come enjoy our adorable, newly remodeled and very quaint condominium right on the river's edge and at the base of Lift 7. Includes everything you will need to live very comfortably, whether it is for a summer festival or the winter slopes. There are two entrances to this condominium and parking is available outside the back door.
The bedroom is large and has a queen bed and TV/VCR; the bunk area is located in the back of the condominium and the two twin beds are cozy. There is plenty of storage. The split bathroom is ideal for two-plus visitors. The kitchen is very well equipped!
You will find historic photos of Oregon's Mount Hood and Timberline Lodge along with Native Indians on the Columbia River. Comfortable leather couch in living room for relaxing and watching tv. Decor is fantastic!
Our newly renovated pool and hot tub overlooks the river and slopes and is just steps away.
Wireless internet is available. There are convenient laundry facilities in the shared common area nearby.
Within two blocks there is a liquor store, coffee shops, a movie rental store, ice cream shop, numerous EXCELLENT restaurants and bars, the river path that goes all through town, the gondola, the slopes, a grocery store, and the splendors of Telluride all around you! When you arrive you can park the car for the duration and easily walk everywhere in town. Come enjoy !!

We have stayed at this condo for our skiing visits yearly for several years now. It truly is charming and COZY, the location is fantastic, the way it is featured on vrbo is absolutely accurate; it is a nice surprise when one arrives the first time. Because it is on the bottom floor the access is very easy, straight from lift seven (a not even five minute walk in your ski boots;). Sometimes you can ski right up to the condo door:). So it is a wonderful location if one is there to ski. But we have also visited during the early fall and that was breath-taking as well. The location by the creek and the mountain, visible from the kitchenette and the living area, truly is wonderful. It is also very close to the outside hot tub which actually matters after a long day of skiing. So you get the immediate access to the beatiful outside, but also incredible closeness to all the conveniences. Great little cozy place to experience Telluride from.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
